aneros use

Is it better to use the aneros more often or less often? What do you guys think?

I have used mine all week and have made the most progress since starting. I was usually 1 day on, 2 resting. I figured I'd try to stay energized and go all week. I did have to take 1 day off cause my muscles were a bit tired.

Hello Momo, 🙂

My personal opinion from experience is that more often is better. You will progress faster in your re-wiring the more frequently you practice. Although keep in mind to only have Aneros sessions only as often as your body allows. Meaning, if your anus or prostate is sore, give it a day or more to rest and heal until everything feels ok. Never force a session if you are experiencing some discomfort in your anus or prostate. My experience has been much like Forgeman, where I've made good strides in progress from daily Aneros usage.

Not yet. I've experienced one mini-O a while back. But I do generally get a lot of pleasure from my sessions. And that keeps me pushing on after a bit over three and half years of Aneros use.

Every day. In the morning I use the Aneros or some other massager/plug/dildo while masturbating. Several times a week, usually at night I will have a hands free session and go for Super O's. People think I'm abnormally happy.

It can become very frustrating if you are using a lot and not get results. I would think twice a week for someone that has not reached the super-o would be a good schedule.

I'm with Waverider on this one. I find that mornings are superb, and I wake up a little early, say around 5:45 or so and have a go. I also concur with Love_is, that frequent use, especially early on, brings results quicker...did for me anyway.

The results for me are that I can use almost every day, even if it's only for a short session, and get marvelous results most of the time....kindof addicting actually.

I use my 3 to 5 times a week but for relatively short, never more than 30 to 40 minute sessions.

Thanks guys. I appreciate all the response. Since i work part time and go to college, i dont really have much time to spare for a session other than on sunday.
