has anyone used an aneros product to help them with their kegel exercises? i've noticed that when i wear my peridise, i contract my PC muscles periodically like i do when i do my kegel exercise. that led me to think that if i wear the peridise for prolonged periods, it'll naturally help me do my kegel exercises.
has anyone one else noticed this? and has anyone else used an aneros device to help / remind them to do their kegel exercises?
neobutt,
When I first used the Peridise and attempting to follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper insertion, I began to realise that my PC muscles were nothing like as strong as I had believed them to be!
I guess my answer to your question would be "yes". It certainly does no harm and I now use the Peridise whenever I do Kegel exercises and, as a result, find doing them a pleasurable pastime rather than a chore!

Yes, yes and yes.
My Uro put me on Kegels several years ago. My wife became my Kegel coach. Since more women (particularly those who are postpartum) than men practice Kegels, I thought I was far better off than the average bear when it came to PC and anal sphincter strength.
Aneros work proved me dead wrong. Two months of regular drill with the Aneros bulked me nicely. Progasm is a particularly great maintenance tool. Far better stream and ejaculation control since I started with it. Nice side effect to the pure pleasure of the sessions. 🙂
