I also wants lots of info. Quite expensive so must think it through. So far I find the SGX is giving me some very nice prostate responses. The bigger ones not so.

Just looked too inviting, too nice, so I have ordered one....

The Tempo is comfy and I think it helped me rewire/sensitize myself in that area, even if it didn't lead to major fireworks (I have more success with the original Helix).

The absence of any kind of a p-tab is both good and bad, in that sense - it's more comfy and you never get that unpleasant poking sensation, but for me at least, the feeling never built much more beyond just kind of pleasant.

I haven't had a session with mine in a while, though.

My Tempo has arrived in its beautiful box  lying in it red plush satin padded lining.
It looked totally beautiful in every respect. Picking it up I could feel its balance and its weight. It was awesome. It a very beautifully crafted object. 
I slept with it last night - it shared my bed growing warm beside me - a boy with a precious gift. Early this morning I tried it.  
I used a oil mix lube. It went in easily and smoothly. Once in it sort of disappeared. Having no P-tab there was nothing to lever it against my prostate. Doing muscle contractions I could move it but could not feel it touching my prostate. My penis knew it was there. I think it will slowly make contact. I remember the same happened with the SGX. It was some months before a useful contact was made, now it is almost immediate.
It will be very interesting and I am looking forward to the journey. I love it's look, it's weight and it's feel.

60 years ago something looking very similar - all shiny chrome - came past our family from a minister's estate. My father said the minister used it to stun fish be caught. Now older and wiser I would have asked "did the minister die with a smile on his face."

First real session.
The insertion is a dream. There is no real tail so there is no "tail risk" lying on my back.
The initial tempo-prostate connection was very very subtle. The tempo-prostate response was very good. I was surprised and very pleased. Very quickly I was getting my nice response feelings but seemingly without the slightly invasive feeling of the SGX. The whole session was quite different and as good as with the other aneros. The tempo is so smooth and so comfortable. I will now work with it and hope to report great things. For me at the moment it seems "smaller the better".
