I’ve had my aneros helix for 3-4 years, and enjoy it very much, I haven’t had the super O yet, but have a lot of fun intense sessions. I do not nor have I ever had prostate issues, I bought the aneros strictly to try new things. For about 8 years I’ve had lower back issues and sciatica, my chiropractor does a great job of taking care of those issues. I’ve discovered an interesting side effect of using the aneros, if my lower back, hip  and sciatica are bothering me, and if I’m having tightness and discomfort in my hip flexor/groin muscles, a good session with the aneros often loosens everything up and relieves the pain! I don’t know whether it’s the relaxation of the prostate massage, the kegels I do when is start out to get going, or the intense contractions of the deep orgasms I have with it, but it really works. Anyone else experience the same thing?

I cannot stress enough that I know for certain I don’t have prostate problems, prostate problems can cause lower back and pelvic pain and discomfort which can be relieved via prostate massage. For me it’s definitely back troubles and the aneros really helps it!
