The standard advise is that you should wait a day or two between Aneros prostate sessions. Does this hold true for Peridise?

I've not come to any harm in doing wild KSMO, Aneros or Peridise sessions daily, often two daily, sometimes three. But over-use will dull the senses a little, so if I want to get the very best out of my multiples sessions a day's break I find is always hugely beneficial.
