Hi!

About 2 weeks ago i got the Progasm and i had it inside a couple of times since. I am using a condom and gel. First i had no expection about it because many people wrote it takes it time. So the first 2 times (about 20 minutes each) i just tried to relax. But it seemed that it was too deep. At some point it hurt. Then i read you should plug it about half in and the contractions would suck it in the right position more or less. But i couldn't make this experience. Plugging it half in and make contractions just moved it out again. And i still had no "sensation" or even a suggestion of a positive feeling. It feeled like a big thermometer in my ass. Strangly it seemed to have a positive influence afterwarts during masturbation. Then i get a jittery feeling in different parts of my body and more cum. Also the orgasm itself feels more intense. But how can i make me feel this way when its plugged in?

Greetings, AnerosIntern!

Welcome to the Forum!

In my humble opinion, I think that you and others, not yet introduced to anal play, are under the misconception that "Bigger is Better" . . .

I am not criticizing, mind you, but the Progasm is for more experienced users! I'm not saying that it will not work for you either, but I just believe it would be a much easier transition using a smaller model???

There . . . I said it!

Now, first we need to help with the pain part! I recommend using double amounts of lube, then probably pull it back out in a little while and add more! (pre-injection of lube would also help)

Then, I would take a very long time during insertion, one little bit at a time! (10 to 20 minutes if needed, to insert it totally pain free!) Then if it hurts, I wouldn't use it till you can insert it fully pain free . . .

It does sound like there was some effect to you prostate, from the feelings you had during traditional masturbation, afterwards.

Other than this, I would just proceed slowly with the info in BF Mayfield's stickys at the top of the Forum and keep us up to date on your progress.

Later, Hlaser99

K, thanks. Hmm, it seems to be a project for itself, maybe compareable to building a summerhouse ;-). Im not taking this so damn serious like you here seem to do. But i didn't know that i have to prepare the anus alot.

Ok, i tried the Aneros again and used some more lube. It was really sick (or still is). This time i could insert it fully and make a couple of contractions. I feeled some special stimulation. As mentioned here in the forum i thought i should urinate. When i entered the bathroom some wave went through my body ending at a special spot in my brain. I don't know how to say. It FORCED me to lay down. Maybe it was a gone feeling. But it made jitter my legs. When it was a "super-o" then it was MUCH too intense for. I still have problems. I have to lay down again and agin while writing these lines. It also leaves a bad stomache feeling. Like fear.

Hi AnerosIntern!

Sounds to me like at this point, you need to just relax and chill-out for a while!

Just spend some time getting used to the Aneros and relaxing with it in???

Make friends with it and just lay back and relax and don't freak-out; it will not harm you!

UUUmmm this is impossible. Because these feelings were so strong that they were NOT positive anymore.

AnerosIntern,

In this case, maybe you should take a breather from Aneros practice???

Or, perhaps this isn't your cup-of-tea at all.

If you are in search of multiple, dry orgasms and you would like something gentler to get you there, maybe you should check-out KSMO . . .
(No device of any kind is inserted and you achieve your goal thru verbalizing what they call a "key sound")

Any way, Good Luck!

Hi AnerosIntern,

I'm assuming that you are new to anal play, correct? If so, then the Progasm may be stimulating you too much and your body isn't used to it. You may want to try a smaller model such as the Helix and/or buy an inexpensive butt plug with a diameter of no more than 1 inch to 1-1/4 inches. A butt plug of this size will typically be shorter than the Progasm and have a tapered tip which will allow you to gradually insert it. The Helix is much smaller than the Progasm and may be better suited for you.

What type of lubricant are you using? If it has glycerine in it, that may causing some discomfort as well. I know that after I have a bout of diarrhea, I feel sick to my stomach, so you may be having some interactions with the lube. Try using Maximus and see if that doesn't help some.

Hope this helps,

Onthepath

It contains glycerine, yes. But it can't explain this feeling. It feels now like the Aneros activated some nerve tracks or so^^. So you think i put it in too deep maybe? Or i should pose it in a way so it doesnt point too much towards the prostate. Maybe that would be a good way. I won't get another aneros because i can't really spend much money in this. I thought i buy a quality product which has a low chance to get damaged and that i wouldn't have need to buy a new one. Because that money for a shaped piece of hard plastic...i don't know. So i try the cheaper way and dont put it completely in.

Btw.: i wasn't really ever looking for a "super-o" or what ever. I want to increase my volume of ejaculation without any pills.

AnerosIntern,

You did buy a quality product. However, you just may not be ready for this particular model at this time which is why I recommended switching to something smaller. Each of the models are different and offer different experiences. Your level of experience with anal play and body height can be factors in choosing a model. And, once you gain experience, you'll probably find that other models will give you different pleasures and sensations. There is a model comparison table where you can see this: http://www.aneros.com/chooser_models.php

You can certainly try partially inserting the Progasm but that probably won't feel right and may lead to more frustration. You really can't put it in too deep. If you push it in firmly all the way so that the perineum tab is pressing firmly into the skin, as soon as you release it, it will come out slightly to be in the correct position.

There used to be a "Things to expect" page on the website before the redesign where it was mentioned that you may experience some numbness along the sides of the penis, discomfort on the perineum, etc. It still may be on the website but I couldn't find it. In time this discomfort goes away. I'm not sure if this is what you are feeling or if it is something else. I do know that if it is making you very uncomfortable then you need to try something else. A slight discomfort is OK and can be expected, but it should not be painful or very uncomfortable. I experienced some of these same effects early on but not anymore. I also started with the Helix and Eupho. The Progasm wasn't available at that time but since it is the largest model and designed for experienced users, I wouldn't have bought it then anyway. I do have it now and use it on occasion but I prefer the smaller and more mobile models. Others may prefer the larger models.

I hope this helps. Good luck and let us know how it goes and if you have any more questions.

Onthepath

Yea, well, it's kinda strange. Because when i am sexually stimulated then i always get such a ping from the prostate now after that strange super-o-what-da-hell-or-not thing. And i have some muscle-jittering in my legs too. I don't have to have the aneros in. It happens without. Maybe i will us the aneros to train this. But not for dry orgasms.
