I managed to achieve this last night before bed. I had an aneros-less session the night before and was able to deny myself a super-t (something very difficult for me to do). Perhaps this is the reason why last night's session was so good. As an aside, I'm now making a concerted effort to separate (in time) ejaculation from my prostate play. I've seen this advice from others and I'm curious to see if this helps me achieve better prostate orgasms. I tend to sacrifice some sleep when I do this because my body stays "charged" in this state for quite a while without an ejaculation.

I am starting to have a new sensation during my aneros-less sessions. It starts in my groin and builds for 5 seconds or so. Then, it rushes up my torso and into my chest, arms, and head. It kinda feels like a pressure wave that fills up my body. It only lasts about 5-10 seconds total. When it happens, it feels like it may build even further and explode, but it always fades away. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

Perhaps "meditative masturbation" would more aptly describe that, as "aneros-less session" could refer to quite a broad range of activities (partnered or solo, with or without ejac, non-aneros prostate play, etc.) . Just a thought.

Were these sensations the result of extensive edging and sensate focus, or what exactly did you do to bring them about?

Fantastic dtmsmith! It sounds like you are really making some progress! 🙂

I have to say that learning to abstain from ejaculation was an initially difficult, but definitely important and necessary step in my own progress. I think you'll find that over time it gets easier to do as you get in touch with what your body is feeling. You'll start to understand the difference between mental and physical arousal. Some of what I experienced as far as the need to masturbate on a regular basis prior to this Aneros journey turned out to be purely habit.

Also, for the very same reasons that you experience, I generally avoid late night or before bed Aneros sessions. As they tend to energize me, and then I can't get to sleep. So if it is a work day, try to have a session in the morning before work. Or otherwise give yourself enough hours before bed time to wind down after the session.

dtmsmith, hi.

I practice the art of aneros-less prostate and non-ejaculation masturbation often. For me, it's mostly a morning thing. I find myself waking, erect and energized and it doesn't take much in the way of penile and perineal stimulation to get me going!

I'd say you've crossed over to the beginnings of aneros-less orgasm. Congratulations. I want you to know that if you cultivate this, and I've spent a lot of hours doing so, you CAN get yourself to where the bliss can continue for a much longer time. I have had sessions where I've experienced the same floating sensation and real blissful reality for as much as a half hour or more. It's great. And no cleanup required LOL.

So, I encourage you to continue down this path. You'll find it very rewarding. Technique is not important...only results. I find that my best stimulation comes from being aroused and erect, and while lying on my side (usually my right) I can gently massage my penis and scrotum, and pay special attention to the perineum. Remember, the perineum is directly external to the prostate. You can stimulate your prostate externally, and this is when you're really gonna get good results. Gently stroke you perineum with your index and middle finger, one on each side of your penis shaft...did you ever realize that your erect penis shaft extends almost to your anus? Massage that gently, and then with a little more pressure while letting you wrist stimulate your erection, paying attention to where ever you're getting the best pleasure...usually the head of your penis...at the time.

Again, relax and let the sensations fill you.

Works for me.

Perhaps I don't understand your question. If you're asking about the sensations of my aneros-less session in general, in this particular case, I just laid in my bed and used my mind. No edging...no penis touching. Just laying there and focusing on my prostate area. If you're asking about this "new sensation", it just happened sometimes during the session.

It is getting easier to keep from ejaculating. I agree that there's a lot of habit in doing this. This morning, for example, I had a session with my helix and I didn't go for the super-t either. In the past, I almost always did.
As for the timing of sessions, my aneros sessions tend to be in the morning (everyone's out of the house so I have some privacy) but aneros-less is at night (I can just slip into bed and do my thing). It's working ok. If I'm too tired, I just skip...not a big deal.

Hi dt,

Totally! Just the beginnings of passive full-body device and manipulation-free orgasms, which eventually can go on for hours, no less.
