I am wondering if this is too long for me. It seems to hang out 1/4 - 1/2 an inch from the narrow base, and I cannot insert it any farther without causing discomfort. Is it possible that the Helix is too long for me? and if so, does anyone have the exact dimensions of all models? please post the dimensions here for me if you do. and thanks in advance.

This ranks as one of the most frequently asked question in the forum, and given the shape of the Helix it's easy to see why. However, the Helix is NOT designed to be inserted all the way down to the base. The last notch/contour is there for purposes of balance only. The unit should be inserted until the abutment tab comes into contact with your perineum and no farther.
