I'm a newbie to the forum and to my Aneros and after several tries of an hour to two hours I have had no luck. I read about using the Slightouch and the Aneros in combination to acheive better results. Anyone on the forum try it??

There are lots of postings about the Slightest Touch. Do a search.
Their website is www.slightesttouch.com. their customer service is a bit flaky.
that said, i have a ST and i absolutely love it. it rocks with the aneros.
you need to know how to use it as there are many more ways to use it wrong than right.
when you order it you must request the "male pdf" which is instructions written by our very own B Mayfield.
in it you will learn where to place the pads (lower back, just above your butt) and how high to set the unit (low enough that you feel no tingling, typically almost as low as it goes).
also, it may take a bunch of times using it before you really get the benefits.
also, i have ignored their suggestion of limiting it to 45 minutes. as long as you have it on really low (no tingles at all) then you can go longer.
plus, after you have had it on for an hour or so, then the effects will linger with you so you can take it off.
note that the effects of the ST are *subtle* at first. do *not* expect on obvious overwhelming sensation. it starts out very quiet and grows, within a session and across sessions.

Our good friend Darwin indicated:

I would appreciate any feedback on how this compares with positioning them behind the knee caps.
Also, I've never been able to position a pad underneath the Aneros due to lube causing the pad to slip off, so don't know if this is an absolute must for getting a Super O.
One last thing, has anyone tried the ST "right from the get go", meaning the Aneros is inserted at the same time the ST is turned on ??
I would normally do all the experimenting myself but some physical problems of late make it painful to try out the many variations possible with the ST regarding your body positioning and pad placement.
Thanks, In Advance,
Matt
Wow thicktop4u (Matt), how have you been? Have not heard from you in a LONG time. I am glad to hear that you are still at it. Hopefully all is well with you.

thicktop4u-
here are my answers to your questions:
- i prefer the back position to the knees as i feel like i get more pleasure from the ST that way.
- i've never tried the pads on the perineum and don't plan to. i don't like the idea of them being so close to my apparatus.
- from the get go: sure. no reason not to.
