Before buying a Aneros device I want to know if sperm will come out by the uretha instead of into my bladder,was thinking of prostate massage only without orgasm

Yes, the process of prostate 'milking'/prostate massage does not force semen/prostate fluid back into the bladder as long as the urethra is not otherwise being blocked. Note while Aneros devices are excellent prostate massagers they may not be as effective as prostate 'milkers'.
