I am hoping the current users of this product can help me out. I suffer from pre-mature ejaculation and read in some of these threads that the Aneros has helped others with this problem. Does this product help with PE? And to what extent (how much longer have you lasted)? Does it only help while the product is inserted or has it helped with your PE even when it's not in? I would appreciate all the feedback I can get. Thanks

Aneros helps me delay ejaculation. I dont have PE, so I would not draw any conclusions from that. The reasons for your PE may or may not be influenced by the presence of the Aneros.

RocketJ,

Although I'm far from an authority on PE, I am aware that there have been some techniques put forth that incorporate the use of timed PC contractions. There is no question but that the Aneros can be used to improve PC muscle tone, so in this sense it may be of benefit to you.

As a side note, counterintuitive as it might seem, when I'm thrusting during intercourse I've noticed that when I strongly contract on the Aneros at the same time, it tends to lessen my tendency towards ejaculation. For me, it is the process of relaxing my sphincter during intercourse that produces the gentle stroking action of the Aneros the leads me to an (intense) ejaculation.

Wot ... squirrel?(!) - Rocket J -

I have no direct experience of PE either but B Mayfield has spoken of the use of the contraction of anal sphincter muscles (albeit with an Aneros in place) to assist in delaying orgasm. This is indeed a common and effective recommendation for delay and for those with this (hopefully temporary) condition. Taoist tradition alludes to this along with the use of a partner's heel pressed (at the appropriate moment!) into the perineum to bring about a 'dry' orgasm similar to that which we are all pursuing through the use of an Aneros. In Tantric sex, Taoists are primarily concerned in using their technique to retain seminal fluid as a method of retaining the lifegiving force or re-energisation - that would be lost following emission, yet, sustaining the erotic nature of sexual release. It is reflected in the Aneros's ability to prolong the intensity of the experience without ejaculation.
This last is, in principle, sound - but for me the use of the Aneros provokes such intense sensations only rarely can I 'escape' without resort to penile stimulation to sate the sexual feelings that it provokes!

Thanks for the responses. I read in one of the posts where someone said it eventually helped eliminate or greatly delay his PE. Just don't remember where I saw it.
