I recently purchased the Aneros but am confused if I am doing this correctly. I have no problem with the insertion and reccommended use of the product but I'm not exactly sure what this "new" orgasm is supposed to feel like. After about 10 minutes of use, I feel an growing desire as if I need to urinate but not quite. I am not erect when this is happening. Does this sound familiar to anyone. I remember reading that the feeling of having to urinate may occur when you are inserting the Aneros, but this is only happens maybe 10 to 15 minutes into use. Whats really frustrating is that I feel I'm on the verge of SOMETHING but I cant seem to push myself to the edge of... well, whatever it is I'm experiencing. Anyone have advice or experienced anything similar? Thanks!

Yes, I too am not as happy as I expected. I used allot of lube by putting some in an enema bottle (small one) and putting in my rectum and then inserting the Aneros. Like before, it went in easily. I did all the contractions and breathing and still, nothing dynamic, like everyone said. I don't feel like urinating, but, it actually seems to hurt the prostate. I got a hard on but no big deal. I wonder if it is because I masturbated in the morning and then tried this. You know what I mean?
I too am in the frustrated camp. I've been trying about every other day for about 2 months.
The last time I tried the 100 quick half contractions suggested by sstump after I did the exercises. This did seem to help, as I thought I was getting the start of dynamic flutters.
I plan on keeping on trying till I get it.

I to am somewhat perplexed..... I am a new user and the first couple of times nothing....however, the last 2 times while doing the quick contractions I seemed to be getting a fluttering feeling, along with some vocalizations....What seemd to start it was I was in a kneeling position whil doing the contractions. The results were almost immediate. I have not gotten the wild orgasm yet but will keep trying. I have gotten some fluid but not what I would call a large amount, nor did I get what I would call a hard on, kinda that after sex fullness. I also have had the urge to urinate but it was not overwhelming. PLenty of lube does seem to make a difference.
Dear First Time,
Bear in mind that the "Super-Orgasm" or Tidal Wave Orgasm (as I referred to it in my testimonial), may take time to achieve. For some it happens immediately, for others it comes later. BE PATIENT, the pay-off is worth it! In my own case I had one the very first time, then sadly couldn't replicate it for a while. I am now, after some months of practice able to have them regularly. There are a couple things to keep in mind.
First, you have to change your mind-set about how to "make" an orgasm happen. With traditional masturbation the process is almost automatic. I have read some feedback where people have talked about 'working" the Aneros in and out of their rectums or used a vibrator on the exterior of the Aneros to translate sensation inside. In my initial experimentation, I tried this stuff too, and while very pleasurable, it will NEVER facilitate a Super Orgasm. Again, this is great if you intend on having a traditional penile orgasm. The Super or Aneros Orgasm is quite different, as it requires relaxation, focus, and an openess to new sensations that ARE NOT necessarily penile centered. Moreover, the sensations are anal, prostatic and deeply adominal. Have you ever experienced a brief pleasant tickling sensation deep in your abdomen when you were stretching or yawning? If so, you have experienced what I'd term a precusor of the the kind of "pleasure-wave" that you need to focus on and encourage with your mind, your breathing and your anus to have a Super Orgasm. Have you ever heard of harmonic motion? A playground swing for example, is kept going by a small amount of energy rhythmically applied . This harmonic concept is something that I've used to optimize my use of the Aneros stimulator.
Keep in mind that what's involved here are subtle contractions of your anus followed by a patterned diaphragmatic breathing that seek to encourage the formation of a pleasure wave. As the sensation is felt, again try introducing additional subtle anal contractions to increase the frequency and size of the waves. But remember, don't try to force them to occur, rather try to encourage them with subtle contractions. Lay back occasionally to see what happens. At some point you may become aware that your anus is having involuntary small spastic contractions (twitching) on it's own. LET THEM HAPPEN ON THEIR OWN! It's not time for forced, hard contractions. Sometimes less is better. When this twitching occurs you will notice the perineal stimulator outside exerting a pleasurable pressure at the same time. If the twitching starts to subside, give another small anal contraction to encourage more of these involuntary contractions. This usually builds an erection, and the erection causes the perineal stimulator to become more involved. As these contractions build the Aneros stimulator is able to build a sensory triad between your perinium, your anus and your prostate. All sensation is felt in all three areas at the same time. This synergy creates the Pleasure Wave. Experiment with your abdominal/diaphragm muscles. For example, when you're experiencing the involuntary anal twitching that I spoke of, try "bearing down" (as if you we're on the toilet) without contracting your anus. Another tip: experiment with making your diaphragm quiver by focused breathing. This quivering can be used at key times to encourage the pleasure waves and then later to shift the Pleasure triad to your abdomen which creates the Whole Body Orgasm experience that you've heard about. I've also found pinching and pulling on my nipples can often help in this regard as well. Make no mistake about it, this is a journey to greater physical self awareness. Take your time....it is a trip! You may also find the multiples.com website helpful. Although I no longer use his "key-sound" technique, it did enable me to discover the kind of patterned breathing that facilitates this kind of orgasm.
Good Luck .
