Am I doing something wrong?

It's the third time I play with Aneros and it gives me nothing but butthurt (due to wasted money and actually sore butt). I read all the Wiki pages, forum discussions, watched aneros videos, relaxed, breathed, contracted, watched porn, blah-blah-blah - and still nothing.
Don't get me wrong, I don't expect anything like having overwhelming orgasms just after putting this thing in. I do have anal play experience - my ex-gf started it about 4 years ago fingering me, then we tried anal beads, dildos, vibrators, strapons, fisting - and I really liked it... So I definitely knew what to expect from "prostate massage" before buying Helix - and now I'm just frustrated. it's like it always in the wrong place - no pleasure, just feeling of "something" in the ass. Any advices?

Relax, let your mind drift and forget about the aneros. Fantasize. Don't "try" to make it work.

thzg,

If you have a Helix, you are on the right road. Make sure it is well lubricated (I suggest unrefined shea butter) and pop it inside you.

Just don't expect anything to happen but apply some very mild PC and anal sphincter muscle contractions as suggested by CaveOfMystery in his post on this forum "Quick and Dirty Path to the Super-O" and just see what happens. Leave it inside you for a couple of hours.

If you don't have any reactions within the first couple of hours, don't worry, just remove the device and repeat the process on the next night.

You might find it takes a week or two for anything to happen but, be assured, it certainly will. When you least expect it, you will start to feel the most amazing buzzing in your pelvic region accompanied by a rapid increase in your pulse rate. This is the signal that you are on the road towards orgasms that are quite different from anything you have experienced so far.

It is important that you do not try to make things happen. They will happen when they are ready!

Good luck,

Pommie

I've had the helix for seven months now and I'm getting nada, nuttin, zip.

I've tried different positions, different lubes, all the suggested relaxation techniques and I'm still getting nothing but the sensation of something in my rectum and a sore spot where the p-tab rests.

I've been trying with this, I really have but this rant I'm afraid I must have:

I'm not expecting super-O's yet but surely something - anything? It doesn't even feel like it's anywhere near my prostate, I've hit it with my rude boy in the past so I've got an idea where it is, but the Helix just doesn't feel like it's in deep enough.

Sorry to say, but so far I'm not impressed and the almost zen like "Super-O's comes when you least expect them" chant is starting to get old. From the reviews it seemed like a reasonable purchase but so far it hasn't held up it's end of the bargain and I have tried.

In common with a lot of people, I don't have infinite free time at my disposal to devote to this and a couple of quiet hours alone in a house with a wife and teenage kids in it is far easier said than done. Every opportunity I've had this year has been spent on this and so far I've diddly squat to show for it.

Rant Ends.

If someone could give some concrete, practical advice I'd really, really appreciate it because I'm very frustrated and almost ready to give up.

TIA.
