@openthornton, I really enjoyed reading your article because it describes many ways my Aneros journey until I made breakthroughs in achieving Super-O's and MMO's in mid September 2016.
I began working with Aneros in early June 2012. I had a regimen of having Aneros sessions three or four times a week, Sundays off. In a way, I was trying too hard to have Super-O's and MMO's until I learned to relax. Since mid September 2016, I let them come to me of their own accord. Now I can have Super-O's and MMO's on demand, mostly at night in bed. Also I have come to appreciate various types of orgasms that come into my life. But the key to my success is relaxation.
Could you please post your article on self-foreplay for our edification? Thanks!

@johnhope, I got the same error message.
I find this an Odd post. Really your just regurgitating the aneros forum, wiki and the bazillions of posts, tips and explanations of do’s,don’ts and pitfalls.
I checked out the a.I Allie stuff, whilst cool and well
put together, really it’s just a -less training which can also be found here.
I think as Aneros and prostate play has edged out to more people than ever before, some fancy re-hashing things for themselves, but really your just pretenders.
This forum got there first I’m afraid, and will always be king. At least we can get on here, your gear is locked up as a private site which is a big no no for me.

At first I was going to chide Helghast for his rebuke, but on re-reading your thread I have to agree with him... this is an odd post. If you're going to come into an established forum that's been around for 18 years, as a new member, presenting recycled ideas as your own, using an off-site blog to bolster your case, you might want to post a link that allows members to access it if you want to have some credibility. Besides that you're really coming off like you're trying to sell something. If that's not the case, a little modesty might serve you better.
