Aless session infront of mirror (takeaways)

Had taken a break from the Aneros life for 6+ months. Before then I was rewired, could Aless at will and had some breath taking super Os.

1. Cut out masturbation. As someone who could ejaculate multiple times per day.. just stop. The first 1-2 days are the hardest. After that your mind almost changes as to why you would do it. When you can have Aless turn off and on like clockwork and pleasure anywhere.

2. Decided to have an Aless session laying down infront of the mirror. THC first and this sends the prostate into overdrive (sorry people who don't use THC, it really does make any session 10x)

3. Trying to concentrate on the penis / groin area and observe any movements and what causes what pleasure feelings.

4. As feel the prostate starting up (almost as if ifs vibrating). The penis begins to slowly move around and almost as if I can also see it vibrating also. This continues for 5-10 minutes. Small twitches thru the upper thighs. Penis continues to look like as it's vibrating out of control (while also very very slowing growing in size).

5. Alot of the pleasure felt at this stage has been while the penis is totally soft. The pleasure is behind the penis.. inside of you... stop thinking about your penis during sessions. What ever happens happens.

6. Penis now becomes rock hard and the pleasure is intense. (Watching it grow in the mirror is quite a sight). Keep focus on breathing. The penis will go thru cycles or being rock hard and flaccid. Just roll with it.

7. Stomach contractions? The stomach literally sucks in and locks in place. This can feel vry tiring and I noticed alot of times it killed my sessions. But what I noticed during the mirror session is that nothing else changes... so just continue to breathe normally. I'm not sure what sort of witch craft this is, but literally my stomach is sucked in so tight, but I can continue to breathe normally and slow like nothing is happening. 

8. The strong anal contractions start where it literally feels like it grips down. Continue to breath! There is no need to force anything. Just go along with the journey. I feel like this is a key step to reach the super O as it tires out the anal muscles than then fatigue and causes the twitching. Which causes the aneros to just send pleasure waves thru us.

9. Turning the pleasure flutters (intense buzzing) into a smooth feeling is how I have a super O. Sometimes the buzzing of the prostate almost becomes too much. If I continue to breath and relax I can turn the buzzing into an amazing wave of pleasure that floats over my body. The buzzing feeling only is around the prostate / groin. I aim to turn this into a soft wave of pleasure and almost send it over my body. 

10. Sometimes it all just stops! That's ok, don't get frustrated. Keep somer water close by, have some. Take a breath and start again. Sometimes this cycle can go 5+ times. 

11. Keep. Breathing breathing and relax. You are not in control the aneros is (or Aless). You are just along for the ride. If it wants to contract hard let it..  if It wants to flutter let it... just enjoy... your only job is to provide fuel to the aneros and your body. What's fuel you say.... fresh air thru breathing... tensing up and stopping to breathe is a sure way to go no where.

Hopefully some people find some useful points here for there sessions. Its a long journey to achieve but it's well worth it.

Hey!

Thanks for your personal notes on this. I really needed a reminder about breathing steadily! Sometimes I try and force it too much instead of relaxing and being patient. Makes all the difference!

Also agree with you that a little THC goes a long way and makes what I’m feeling a lot more pleasurable! How do you use THC apart from your sessions? Or do you limit your use to the sessions?

As for the mirror, was this a turn on for you? Or were you curious to see what happens in the pelvic floor when doing a session?

Forcing or holding your breathe is def the way to derail a session. Easy to think the pleasure is going to stop if you don't hold it.

I only use THC in my sessions (1-2 per week) apart from that I don't smoke. Makes you appreciate it, and smoking every day can def have effects on your life (I have gone thru periods of smoking daily).

That was the second time I had ever done it infront of a mirror. It was slightly a turn on, but was more just seeing what was happening in relation to the feelings. As I usually do a session inside the bedroom with the lights off and dark with meditation music on. 

As said was a good reminder that all the feelings are internal so there is no need to hold or chase the different pleasures. 

The stomach contractions were the real eye opener in the mirror. To know that I can just keep breathing normally and yet the contraction still remained. I would often try and hold the contraction. 

Was also interesting to see the erections come and go. But I think would be very hard to have a super O while looking in a mirror with the lights on. So much of the journey is about letting go and relaxing. Nothing better than seeing all the bright lights inside your head or warm light shine down on you.

Def worth giving the mirror a go once tho to see how your body reacts and to understand what is happening.

Thanks @jiji2000! I love the way you describe steps 7-10. I haven’t gotten far enough in my journey to feel these sensations yet, but this gives a nice roadmap of what to expect in future sessions. It also might help me figure out where to go in my current state to reach these sensations.

Good list ! A agree that it's important to learn how to separate breathing from contractions so you can breathe freely at all time. Breathing is very important. 

Also regarding point 10, I find it's perfectly ok to stop, have a snack, go to the bathroom, and then resume a session, as needed.

This is a fantastic point! I love the way you talk about fueling the prostate through breathing and fresh air. For the past couple days, I have really taken this to heart in my sessions, imagining that I am pulling fresh air in through my anus to the prostate on the inhale and pushing fresh air down from my throat to my prostate on the exhale. I had some good Aless sessions and on Wednesday, I had a session with my Progasm that was probably the best ever to this point. I really worked on relaxing, breathing, focusing on my prostate, and I experienced a lot of tingling pleasure waves. It was a very enjoyable session and I thank you for your insights that have helped me take another step in my journey!

@jiji2000 I do agree that THC really makes it much better. Do you smoke flower or vape?? Just curious. I had used gummies but they were too strong and then now I am using vapes but unfortunately they make these things too strong. I am yet to try actual flower and I guess it might be less strong as it is straight from nature without any human intervention. Have fun!!

@ghusa I use flower in a vaporiser (mighty vape). 

Never use gummies as the high last too long. Have used vape oils also and they work well.

No need to get super blazed if too much
