@qwiksting Congratulations on you progress !

Don't worry about doing it "wrong", for all I know going at it without a toy can feel as good as with one, and you get to skip all the prep and cleanup so that's a main positive. Just monitor yourself for addictive patterns or behavior, 2 hours a day is not crazy but it adds up. Wanting to feel that way for longer and longer periods of time is normal and once you're on a good upward trajectory, with each session feeling better than the last, that's when it's easy to go a little overboard. Normal human curiosity + that feeling of discovering something that others don't know about, that's a powerful combo. I don't think you'll have to worry about the "aftermath" part, things should even out as your body accepts these new sensations as normal and stops calling your attention to them.
