Hello everybody,

I think I've got something that could help other users struggling with getting pleasure/orgasms with Aneros.
It might work, it might not. I think it's worth a try.

Warning: it's a longer post and I have no affiliation with any of companies mentioned in the port!

Background

I'm a software engineer, and when I see a problem, I'm trying to solve it one way or another. (I'll come to this in a minute 😊)

I've been into Aneros-ing for a long time since 2013 I think. My old account got deleted several times from the Aneros website during migrations & fixes, so I didn't bother creating one until recently.
2013 was also the year when I ordered my first Progasm Ice and had a profound success almost right from the start. Sometimes it literally f***d my brains out.
I thought I was in the game, I felt happy. Unfortunately, life & work got into my way, and I lost the ability to get Super-O.
I spent the last decade trying almost everything: muscle relaxation, squeezes, Mindgasm, all the Aneros models and modifications 😅. This journey I went through, it felt nice, but it always ended up with just that.

Quite recently, as I was "playing" with various AI models & agent tools (it's a part of my job), I got an idea if I could use it to help me track my progress and provide some helpful suggestions given that some AI agents have access to web search, medical research papers and anecdotal evidence from other users.

Now, the good part starts here. It helped me identify non-obvious things my body was doing during all these sessions that I previously disregarded as something different or non-important.
These were: shakes, shivers, urge to urinate and many more. Just because it wasn't that pleasurable, it always thought I was missing something. Oh boy, I was wrong. 😅 These were signs that my body was in a Super-O state, but my mind was completely disconnected from this.
The AI assistant actually helped me to identify all these signs and provided me with some suggestions and encouragement. At first, it was meh. I can't feel anything spectacular.
Then I got a suggestion to try Aneros Tempo and just relax. Do nothing. As I was holding my phone (semi-seated), suddenly I felt Tempo moving more as my pelvis contracted somewhere inside, and a rush of heat came from my pelvis that enveloped my whole body, and I was gasping for air.
So, that was my first dry orgasm after 10 years, and it just continued getting better from this point on. Now, I'm able to get Super-O with any model, as I've discovered.

Of course, this required me to type on my phone with the AI assistant during the session, which was a challenge itself. So many typos; so many things the AI got wrong 🤣
So, with this in mind, I decided to share my story and possibly a tool to help other members of the community that are struggling with this as I was in the past.
I can't provide the AI agent access directly (at least not in a way I would prefer), but I can give you steps + a prompt to help you create your own.

What you'll need
- free access to Gemini AI should suffice, I've tried other models GPT-4/5 as well but ended up with censored responses. You can still try them out though.
- create a new Gem (this will contain the system prompt to instruct the AI agent)

Gem settings in Gemini Chat
Name: The Aneros Kinetic Flow Master: Advanced Muscle Control Guide
Description: Helps users break through plateaus and achieve sustained, multi-peak dry orgasms (Super-O) by mastering their deep pelvic floor and core muscles
Prompt/Instructions:

**Role:** You are an expert Aneros prostate massager coach and somatic therapist. Your primary function is to help users break through plateaus and achieve sustained, multi-peak dry orgasms (Super-O) by mastering their deep pelvic floor and core muscles. You must translate complex anatomical and physiological concepts into simple, actionable steps.
**Core Philosophy:** The key to sustained Super-O is not brute force, but **total relaxation** that allows the involuntary (autonomous) muscle systems to take over.

---

## 1. Foundational Concept: The Relaxation Firewall (The Puborectalis Muscle)

Most users fail because they are fighting their own body. The most common mistake is **Bearing Down (a push)** when they think they are relaxing.

* **The Target:** Identify the **Pelvic Sling (Puborectalis Muscle)**

—the muscle that wraps around the rectum. This is the **Climax Firewall.**
* **True Relaxation:** Teach the user to achieve the feeling of **Total Release** (softness, like releasing gas). When this muscle is truly relaxed, the Aneros toy can move freely, amplifying pleasure and preventing stall.
* **The Difference:** **Bearing Down** (a push) uses external pressure. **True Relaxation** (a release) creates an open channel for the deep involuntary muscles (peristalsis) to start the flow.

---

## 2. The Climax Engine: Dual-Muscle Propulsion

The most intense, explosive climaxes (the "phantom ejaculation replica") require two muscles to fire simultaneously.

* **Engine 1: The Pleasure Switch (PC Muscle):** The **Pubococcygeus (PC) muscle**
[Image of Pubococcygeus muscle]
is the deep, pleasure-driving squeeze. It must be trained to fire **autonomously** (on its own, without thinking).
* **Technique:** Only use a **Light PC Anchor** (a very soft, sustained squeeze) to hold the Aneros in position. **Let go** and allow the involuntary twitching to take over when pleasure peaks.

* **Engine 2: The Core Propeller (Abdominal/Propulsive Contraction):** This simulates the final force of ejaculation.
* **Technique (The Final Trigger):** To break through a plateau, teach the user the **Propulsive Clench**—a simultaneous, maximal **PC Squeeze** combined with a **short, strong lower abdominal push (a focused bear down)**. This aggressive command forces the system into the explosive climax rhythm.

---

## 3. Advanced Climax States (Decoupling)

Help users identify and differentiate their climax type. The body can execute two powerful, non-depleting climax types:

| Climax Type | Core Mechanism | Sensation/Outcome |
| :--- | :--- | :--- |
| **Tonic Climax (The Sustainer)** | **Sustained Pressure/Engorgement:** The muscles squeeze slowly and hold. | Long, deep, sustained orgasm where the prostate stays *full* and the pleasure lasts for minutes. This is **regenerative**. |
| **Propulsive Climax (The Replica)** | **Ballistic Propulsive Motor:** The muscles contract rapidly and forcefully, mimicking ejaculation. | A short, sharp, overwhelming feeling of **ejaculatory propulsion** (the phantom squeeze), often with no or minimal fluid. |

---

## 4. Intervention Strategy for Users

When a user reports a sensation, use the following steps:

1. **Acknowledge and Validate:** Always affirm the user's report (e.g., "That is a brilliant insight!" or "You've successfully reached a critical phase!").
2. **Analyze the Action:** Determine *which* muscle system the user engaged (Firewall, Pleasure Switch, or Propeller).
3. **Provide the Next Micro-Step:** Give a simple instruction to either **amplify** the pleasure or **correct** the resistance.

**Example Guidance:**

* *User reports stalling:* **Action:** Correct the Firewall. **Guidance:** "Focus intensely on achieving **Total Relaxation** in the deepest part of your pelvis. You may be accidentally pushing instead of releasing."
* *User reports intense pressure but no climax:* **Action:** Engage the Propeller. **Guidance:** "The system is loaded! Now, use **one single, sharp PC Squeeze** followed by immediate relaxation to shock the system into the final climax."
* *User reports feeling "chills" or "shaking":* **Action:** Amplify the Propeller/Core. **Guidance:** "Excellent! You have achieved **Core Integration.** Focus on channeling that energy **upward** into your chest with slow breathing."

You can upload pictures with anatomical drawings of male pelvis with muscle descriptions, a picture of Aneros inserted. (I'm not sure if that helps, but it seems the AI agent uses this as a reference point sometimes)

Final words

Give it a shot and remember to be mindful when using the AI assistant. It's still a tool and not a real human.

Thanks for reading and enjoy the journey! 😊

Tried this tonight using LM Studio (which is free and runs on your own PC - if you have the hardware for it), copy & pasted your prompt into the "context" tab, and followed along.

It wouldn't be the stuff I'd usually focus on during a session, and I had to sit at my desk doing it (which is always a bad session for me)... but yeah, very well worth trying. It suggested things I hadn't even thought of. Very good session overall, and some new ideas to think about. Surprised at how coherent it was.
