Age & Aneros

Don't take my word for it since I'm far from an expert here, but I really don't think there's much of an upper limit period, save for whatever serious health issues that come with age that could render its use hazardous (with intense pleasure also can come intense activity on the heart and cardiovascular system, what with such arduous activity may be ill-advised in elderly individuals with problems in those areas of the body). From what I can tell, many Aneros users are matured individuals whose sexuality had diminished normally with age, but their use has reinstated that lost sexual energy and vigor into their lives.

On the flipside, there might actually be a sort of lower boundary on Aneros use - in the sense of the level of discipline it demands to become more in tune with one's own body, which is a sort of self-perscribed discipline that younger men may lack.

At 63 I find that Aneros has reawakened my sexual energy. I also use KSMO meditation and find that I can have multiple orgasms for the first time in my life.

My wife's OB/GYN says she has patients in their 80's with an active sex life.

I think "Use it or lose it" is really true with sexuality.

I'll be 62 next month and I'm very happy to hear about you mature guys enjoying yourselves. Something happened to me around age 60; it was like going through puberty again, but continuing from where I left off when I was 16 and going on to a whole new level. I don't know whether this is a very common experience among men as we age, but it may explain why so many older men can attract young women and satisfy them so much more than young men can. Yet it seems that the vast majority of men expect sexual desire and pleasure to decline, and so it does for many, perhaps due to expectations and poor diet etc., etc...

I'd be interested to hear from you mature men whether you are also more passionate about everything as well as sexual pleasure as you age, and whether your sexual health continues to improve continually. From this aspect, I'm enjoying growing older. The only bad thing is that time is passing faster and faster, or is it just me?

PS: I've often wished I could have started with Aneros and discovered all this microcosmic orbit stuff forty five years ago. But perhaps it wouldn't have worked for me before my second puberty. Am I right in thinking that it is the younger guys on this forum that generally have more difficulty enjoying the Aneros? Perhaps if there is an age limit, it is a lower limit, not an upper one!

I know that for me sex is better since I learned to disconnect orgasm from ejaculation. I now have multiple orgasms daily (isn't retirement great).

I think I have become much more sensitive to my body in the last 3 months since I started with the Helix and KSMO meditation. Wow, this is really inspiring to hear you "older" guys talk. I'm 54 so I guess I'm still a youngster by comparison. So I have a lot to look forward to. Retirement seems near impossible with the way the economy has been. I just hope I'm healthy enough to enjoy it whenever I do reach it. Meanwhile, I'm enjoying a "second puberty" of sorts too. I feel just as sexual, maybe even more so, than when I was in my 20's and newly married. I took life way too seriously back then.
