And I think I'm sticking around this time!

I had a really good session today. No, I did not have a Super O. Or even a Mini. BUT. I did have tons of P-Waves.
Now, that may seem very insignificant, buuut, considering this is one of my first real sessions back I am thrilled.

Things I realized today:

1.) My nipples, particularly Mr. Righty, must be directly wired to my prostate. I knew this before, but I never realized the extent. It almost literally feels every little feeling on my nipple is done directly on my prostate.

2.) I am starting to get involuntaries!!! just not in the right spot... YET. As my P-waves would build more and more pleasurable, my legs start to twitch particularly hard. I feel a good amount of twitching in my stomach as well. I'm sure that with time and the right device, I will be able to get the twitching in the right spot!

3.) Making noise really helps! I don't know exactly why, but when I tried to quietly express the pleasure I was feeling with a light moan, the power and magnitude of the whole ordeal increased exponentially. At one point I actually started to feel involuntaries building up in my anus while doing this! I lost focus when that was happening, so I never got to see where it would go, but It was looking very promising!

4.) Riding a P-Wave is like a balancing act. I realized today that P-waves have been overwhelming me from week one. Literally overwhelming me. I would start to have one, increase the intensity of whatever stimulus I am adding at the moment, and then be dissapointed at why they would always just end shortly thereafter. Now I realize that by doing that, you will almost always loose focus.
It's like trying to walk into a wavy ocean without getting knocked down. You cant just charge into every wave headfirst. You have to ride some waves out, let some waves pass you. In order to get into deeper water, you need stop trying to move forward, and just try hop directly over some of the larger waves. They'll bring your ass right back to the shore, and in this case, the shore is your bed or couch, and you'll be thinking, "man that was awesome, but I just keep loosing focus and I don't know why".

Hope some of this can help any of you guys. I would also love some feedback from what some more experienced members think of my ideas.

Wow - That is exactly my recent experience. Love your ocean analogy. I will add your findings/advice to my next session. Part of letting go and and allowing yourself to fall into the experience and the feelings rather than leaning forward and reaching for the next high. I try to visualize myself falling back into the experience as I sigh and release myself.

Welcome back!

Dear Friends, I agree wholeheartedly. When I ride a pleasure wave, I do not dive into the next one. I hold the wave and just give a little nudge from the PC and ride into the next one and so on. Then when they do ease off, I rest a minute and begin again. I particularly like the idea of "sliding" into the wave. I have done this for a good while now and think it is most rewarding. Just sink and wallow in the surging tide and absorb the sheer joy of it. I also let my breath out very slowly as I "go under". and this helps the sinking sensation. I hope that is of some help or encouragement. Carry on guys!

MMO_RPGlol,

IMHO, you have gained a great deal of essential knowledge to keep powering ahead in your journey. Nipple play can be every bit as arousing and erotic for men as it is for women. While women's nipples and aureola may be larger on average than a man's, we both have the same number of nerves serving the area, it is just a matter of awakening those nerves as eroticised focal points.
I wouldn't worry about getting "...involuntaries...in the right spot". I am of the opinion there is no 'right spot' for these are orgasmic spasms, enjoy them when and wherever they occur in your body.

"Making noise really helps!" Indeed, allowing yourself to be emotionally expressive, opens the interior energy channels so the orgasmic energy may flow throughout your body. Any kind of conscious force to suppress this aural expression will only impede the energy flow. In fact, Jack Johnston's "Key Sound Multiple Orgasm" protocol (KSMO) relies upon, at its very basis, the enunciation of a particular sound pattern to generate and enhance orgasmic arousal.

Learning that 'less is more' is certainly true when it comes to nurturing a budding orgasmic pleasure wave. Trying to hammer a P-wave into something more intense with a stronger contraction is usually counterproductive and often kills the whole process as you have now learned. I think this is a very common pattern for newbies, yet it is essential for we men to learn to "Just Let Go !" of our conscious willpower when nurturing these P-waves. Instead of using your willpower to control and manipulate the course of events, try using a concept I call suggestive intent.

By now you know you can't force or coerce your body into producing Super-O's on demand, our conscious minds usually trip us one way or another to impede our progress. It is our subconscious mind that really orchestrates the processes leading to orgasms, if it is not fully engaged in the process, you can pretty much forget about even starting an Anerosession. Arousal lives and swims in the realm of the subconscious and is fed by all our sensory inputs mostly without conscious intervention, i.e. seeing a beautiful woman in a sexy red dress, the alluring scent of a sexually excited woman, the unintentional caress of a passing woman or the erotic moans of an orgasming partner. These all contribute to arousal (both physically and psychologically) and you didn't consciously try to manifest it at all.

Suggestive intent is using your conscious mind to formulate a statement for a desired result but you leave the methods and means of accomplishing that result to your subconscious Anerosession conductor. It is not your willpower saying "I'll contract my PC to 50% now..." or "I'll do 6 deep breaths, holding 3 seconds between each breath and then I'll...", It is more along the lines of "This feeling coursing through me right now is wonderful, I'd like to keep it going much longer."
Good Vibes to You !

Hi @MMO_RPGlol,

Well, congratulations! Keep up the good work. Not that I should be say that working with the Aneros requires hard work. It shouldn't. Hopefully the more you work with your Aneros model(s), it feels more pleasurable and so good! And lots of fun!

I think of my Aneros sessions like a sport, or working out, or even meditation. I have found that having my Aneros sessions first thing in the morning every other day works for me. In fact my body and psyche now craves the Aneros, and certainly my anal musculature and prostate do!

Also sexualizing my Aneros models and saying sweet nothings, or even bawdy expressions to them, they all set me up for a great session.

OK, on a more personally note, get yourself a Progasm Black Ice. You'll love its smooth, sleek action. And there is a gentleman in Washington, DC, USA, who has two of this model and wants to sell them at bargain price.

Take care,

Thom./BigGlansDC

@BigGlansDC I would really love to buy it. I actually still want to. I just don't know how to pay for it yet. I have money, I just don't know how to put it on PayPal or any other easy sight.
