Hi,
I bought the anoeros mgx before 6 months and like all of you were excited to what this product will lead me.
I read all the wiki through, were interested in all blogs from this site and tried almost everything.
I bought an prograsm, an exercising ball and so on.
After 6 months I have to say, that nothing really exciting happened. It is fun to insert the aneros but that was it. No tingeling sensation, no feeling like I have to go peeing - the aneros is in me but that's all.
Like you can read I am very frustrated and have no idea what to do next.
Has anyone the same experience like me? Perhaps I don't reach my prostate but I have no idea how to find it...
What can you suggest me?
Thanks.
Philipp
Hi phischi,
I am glad that you decided to ask for some input. It can be pretty lonely out there when you work at it for so long and get no progress. It has become standard to get some information so we can better assist. Here are the questions if you could fill out to help us to help you:
* What model(s) do you own, use & for how long have you been using them?
* What is your level of experience with anal play?
* How often & how close to a session do you masturbate?
* How often & long are your typical sessions?
* Are you able to relax & have undisturbed time for your sessions?
* How is your lubrication applied?
* What type & quanity of lube do you use, internally, externally & on your Aneros?
* Do you pre-flush your rectum or enema?
* What kind of contractions/techniques do you use during a typical session?
* What is the duration and intensity of the contractions you use during a typical session?
* How often do you end a session with a traditional orgasm?
* Do you have any medical issues that could affect your sexual response?
* What forms of physical stimulation do you employ prior to & during a session?
* What forms of mental stimulation do you employ prior to & during a session?
Sounds like someone has been "Trying" to achieve some results or a goal. That's where you went wrong. The Super-O or any pleasure for that matter has a lot to do with releasing your mind of all expectations. From what you have described and the amount of effort you have put into "trying" to achieve something has all been in vain. I am sorry that I have to be so blunt.
The basics start at step #1: Releasing your mind of all expectations. Sure, you think you have released all your expectations. Unfortunately, clearly from what you have described and the words used to type your concerns show you are still in the "trying to achieve" mode. You have go above and beyond this level. You must enjoy each session for what it is and any moment of SLIGHT pleasure. Some catch on to this idea easier than others (the guys who have super-O's immediately) others it could take many months or even years.
Of course, this is easier said than done. We all could tell you to release your mind of expectations but the responsibility is all on you. This is the HARDEST thing for any man to do because we are not used to releasing our mind of expectations. Life is built around expectations which makes this the hardest thing to do. However, once you overcome this barrier you will have the time of your life with any aneros or anerosless device.
Good Luck! 8)

ArcticWolves is correct. You have to quit trying to achieve a particular result. As long as you have any expectation you will miss the journey.
To put it another way, have you ever been in a hurry to go somewhere and when you got there you could not remember anything you saw along the way? Same thing. If you are trying to 'go somewhere' you will miss everything on the journey and you won't even get to the 'destination' you are trying for.
Good luck. Patience is your friend. Try a session for say 1 hour and don't expect to feel ANYTHING at all. Just pay attention to whatever you pass during that hour but expect NOTHING.
Thanks for your replies. Next time I will try to expect nothing...

phischi,
Thanks for taking the time to answer those questions. You might want to re-read the PM I sent you back in February. Dropping the expectations will go a long way to allowing you to feel and enjoy the initial subtle sensations. Remember this is your ‘play time’, there is no goal or task for you to accomplish, nothing to win or lose, just let yourself go to experience what your body sends your way. Some days that will be nothing, some days it will be enjoyable and occasionally it can be very wonderful.
I have a few of suggestions for you.
First, I suggest you refrain from masturbating to ejaculation for a couple of days prior to an Aneros session and that you do not end your Aneros session with an ejaculatory masturbation either. This will start to break a conditioned response you’ve established for yourself and allow you to build anticipatory arousal leading into future sessions.
Second, I would suggest you try to do some additional physical stimulation before and during an Aneros session anywhere on your body, except your penis. This will start to make you aware of the more subtle sensual responses from your body.
Third, with regard to contractions, try to minimize use of medium to hard contractions. Gentler contractions will allow you to focus upon the subtle feedback sensations generated by your body.
Fourth, mix up your contraction rhythms a bit, try holding a continuous, low level (~ 20%) contraction for as long as you can to see what you may feel in the interim.
Fifth, practice relaxed, regular, deep valley breathing for most of your session.
Sixth, pornography and erotic literature are good arousal stimulators prior to a session but they may be a distraction during a session. I suggest you try doing the Aneros session with non visual aids such as relaxing but sensual music or recorded erotic sounds of people in the throes of passion.
wonderful post Rumel thank you for all the world 😉 😀 😉 😉 😉 😉
