Hi everybody!
Has anybody used any of the various yoga positions to get a new sensation with the Aneros inserted? If so, let us know!
Also, has anybody stimulated any of the acupressure points on the body to achieve interesting results? This could be a useful way for the body to learn how to rewire itself, instead of contracting and relaxing certain muscles, which needs practice.
Thanks in advance,
Journeyman
Hi Journeyman,
I use the cobra pose in almost every session. It really can drive the point to the prostate.
There are a ton of websites that have yoga poses on it that you can actually see an illustration.

Buster,
I bet the Bhujangasana Cobra Pose would do the trick. From your blog and forum posts I missed any hint that this was your favored position for the Aneros. Is this one of many positions you take or is it the first or primary position? And, is there a favored Aneros model for you in this postion.
I will try it but would be interested in knowing when you go into it.

Hey Trip,
Wow, I had to look that one up! I knew it as just the cobra. I bring it into the session after I am warmed up a bit when I do, I will hold the pose say 10-20 seconds . What it does for me is really "resets" the mood. Meaning, that when I come out of the pose and lay back down (on stomach) it seems to have a delay of a few seconds but then will kick into a Super O. It almost centers me and drives all my feelings and attention back to the prostate. How my body is shaped, the cobra really engages the prostate. I have tried it with all the different models that I use and it works the same with all of them. I have to be a bit more careful with the Maximus because of its size in comparison to the other models. The cobra pose is just part of the session, not the center of it.
I have tried a couple of other poses that I have learned through Yoga and none have really felt the same as the cobra.
Let me know how you like it.
Take it easy.
