Hi All, long time reader, first time poster.  In a new phase that I wanted  to share.  Firstly, I started the Aneros journey in December 2020 with zero awareness of prostate pleasure. Studied the wiki and forum, abandoned my penis, practiced semen retention and breathing excercises etc.  Started with the Helix, then Eupho, tiny bit of Prograsm and a smidge of Helix Syn V.  The time and effort paid off as I can have multiple Aless orgasms pretty much on demand; a life changing experience, wish I’d discovered this 20 years ago !

This brings me to what I wanted to share.  Not using my penis much in the last 15 months I noticed a decline and on occasion would lose my erection during sex with my wife. Did some research and stumbled across acoustic wave therapy for ED. I purchased an at home device called the Phoenix Him, did 12 treatments and the improvement has been another game changer.  Morning wood, erections in the middle of the night and best of all sensitivity is off the charts. Just touching the base of my penis leads to multiple Aless orgasms, incredible…

I’m on the 30 day rest cycle and will do a final set of 12 treatments.  Has anyone else had a similar experience with this treatment.  Does it get even better?  Is there alternate treatment protocols? I read something about treating the perineum? Has anyone else noticed a decline in erectile function during their Aneros journey?

Have learned so much from this forum, thank you in advance for your input.

I also have ED, been Anerosing for over 6 years but I never tied the 2 together.  I assumed that my ED condition and lower libido are due to aging (67).  I've been struggling to perform during marital sex sessions I get just a few times a year; sexless marriage but that's another topic all together.

I thank the stars i discovered prostate play to help compensate.

i figured it was a combination of the 2, age and “use it or lose it”.  Figured I lost something during the rewiring process.

But man, no more, this treatment has really amped up the performance.  Thought prostate play meant no penis play, now the combination of the two has brought pleasure to a new level.

I'm quite the opposite, my erections have greatly improved since starting aneros. Although I rarely get hard during my sessions, except when finishing with a TO. Sensitivty has improved also.

I wonder how many men get into prostate play to help compensate.

Not nearly enough!  There seems to be a stigma that prevents the word from being spread on a grand scale; any conversation related to backdoor or prostate play is taboo.  Unfortunate!

Stigma that’s for sure. I’m definitely guilty for not spreading the word.  I’ve so wanted to tell some of my closest friends but have backed off.  There is also the fear that they will try it on my recommendation and it fails for them. Achieving success with Aneros toys is really hard work and a big commitment, I think very few are willing to put in the time and effort.
