Yes, I'd say that is being rewired, but the experts will have to comment on that. I do have that experience frequently. I do a less session almost every day. The less sessions are very different than the with sessions. Each has their own unique qualities. I tend to prefer the less sessions because i can sustain them longer. They build slower and are much deeper and more controllable for me.

I now practice "temporal abstinence" as Rumel entitled one of his threads, which basically means I don't ejaculate more frequently than about once per week. I have also read Chia and Arava's book, "The Multi-Orgasmic Man", that has got me into Taoist sexual practices.

I occassionally insert a peridise using the condom method with the peridise well lubed. Then sleep with it. The peridise is so small you forget its there, but at 4:30 AM you won't. To maintain things ticking / tickling over so to speak in your Anerosless adventures try the following.
I've done various kegels / PC muscle exercises for years on and off, but now seem to have come upon a good routine - the results of which easily maintain the discipline of doing them regularly.
a). Just before going into a downward squat, exhale and squeeze anal muscles, hold and strengthen the squeeze as you reach the bottom of the squat then relax anal squeeze and inhale as you rise out of the squat. Repeat for 8.
b). Twice a day take the opportunity to hold your PC muscles (with particular focus on concentrating on and tightening the meatus (penis slit) and perineum areas, trying to pull those areas towards the prostate - thus centring on surrounding the prostate, whilst visualising muscles enfolding the prostate and hold the muscles as long as possible (suggest you don't exceed a count of thirty until you get used to this), two times with a small break in between.
Try and ensure all your other muscles are relaxed and your full attention is on that part of the PC muscle which enfolds the prostate.
c). Take the same approach as (b), but this time with the part of the PC muscle which forms the ring of fire around your anus - this time try to pull this area up on its own without using any other part of the PC muscle - so try and draw your anus towards your belly button and hold for - to start with 30secs and increase over the coming days - do this twice with a short break and twice a day.
Many exercises of the PC just seem to just do that exercise it - the above exercises seem to genuinely strengthen the muscle in the crucial areas for increased Anerosless access to orgasmic delights.
This morning I woke up with a full rectum but no urge to purge. Instead I had the same feeling of pressing against my prostate that an Aneros device produces.
