So a couple of weeks ago I had what @rumel informed me was my first SO. During that session my HS p tab seemed to find my sweet spot and when it did it went into autopilot I just went along for the ride. I had wave after wave of O's. Well since that session I have always been able to have MMO just not what I perceive to be a SO. So this morning while using my MGX-T it seemed to find that same sweet spot and it took over and again it was wave after wave of pleasure. In both of those sessions I cycled between flaccid and semi erect sometimes very erect. I'm convinced that it has to do with p tab finding that certain sweet spot but can not believe I have only been able to find it twice. Does anyone know does it hide sometimes? Because I know I have certainly been searching for it the last 2 week and it has eluded me every time until today. I think I have a better idea now where it is now, but was just curious if anyone else has had this happen.
One other thing that has me confused is I really never seem to emit any fluid during a session. Honestly I could care less if I do or not it's just I seem to have a hyper active cowper's gland. and will leak like a drippy faucet when aroused, but I never seem to have any flow during a session. Anyways for someone who got into this almost by accident this sure has been a fun ride so far.

Does anyone know does it hide sometimes? Because I know I have certainly been searching for it the last 2 week and it has eluded me every time until today.
I've quit searching for my 'sweet spot' after years of fruitless tries, fortunately it seems my whole perineum area is about equally sensitive so wherever the P-tab lands is about equally effective. I don't think it hides, I think it is just more a case of how aroused you are and your level of attention/focus.
One other thing that has me confused is I really never seem to emit any fluid during a session.
Some men are heavy leakers others not so much, it is just your individual biology how it reacts to prostate stimulation. See the User Poll How much precum (Cowper's gland secretion) do you produce?. It is somewhat akin to whether you are erect, flaccid or cycle between the two states, it doesn't affect your ability or tendency to have prostate based orgasms. I hope that eases your confusion.

Thanks @rumel . You are probably right but those 2 sessions had such a different feel to them. I hope they become more repeatable. I have not had a bad session in a while now although some are still better than others. I guess that's just the nature of the beast so to speak. I can pretty much have MMO during every session now just not the wavy ones so I am very encouraged.

@philliephan - I tend to agree with @rumel - I think it's a matter of arousal for me. If I'm horny and mentally and physically aroused (in the broad, not just an erection sends of the word)... any where my Aneros touches my prostate feels "sweet". If I'm not aroused... its as if it its hidden as you put it.

Being mentally aroused is a pretty large part of successful sessions imo.

pleas forgive spelling new in every way to this and the aneros got mine this month glowing very well but needs a lots of Pashonts .didn't think it possible for me to have O as I hade a prostectimy 4years ago if that's what it was best awaking from sleep ever not meny minits long not long one to the next..
