Hey all,sharing my Standing in Shower A-Less technique.Ive been at it a while now and it seems to work really well. Give it a bash,hopefully you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Look at your palms,curl your fingertips to your palms. You see Nails,first knuckle,second knuckle. The space between first and second knuckles is what you want.
Stand shoulder width part,1-2 feet from wall.
Relax pc Perineum area,a focused relax like your trying to let it sit dead weight,you could even will the deftest of pushes on it.
Elbows up,half fists twisted so you can brush all four fingers beginning with little fingers across your nipples. With the relaxed pc,you should feel a wave of pleasure,now without moving feet,lean shoulder blades back against wall. This pushes your pelvic area out. I think it tightens things in there. Start contracting the pc every 3-5 seconds not with a lot of force, but through most of its range of motion,although you can use whatever force is good for you.All the while,try to keep the relaxed push going inbetween,brushing the nipples every 5 seconds or so aswell. Some minor tweaks may be needed to find your own groove. The session should be done at a slowish pace,tease it a bit.
Fantasise or whatever you do. The arousal should build quick quickly into some nice medium orgasms,you can go for bigger but mind you don’t slip and crack your head open.
