I have not been on here for a while, i have not used the aneros for about 5 months now, but only recently i started to clench my kegels when i lay in bed. sometimes when i clench them for hard and long enough, i start to feel a warm feeling starting to grow in my pelvic floor, sometimes i can feel my prostate humming or buzzing away, and usually it feels really pleasurable, im not really sure how else to explain it, but does anyone get those feelings as well when you clench your kegels?
Welcome back 🙂
Glad that even after this time your rewiring persists.
You are definitely not alone! Kegels are a great way to initiate A-less. In fact, the sensitivity is the main reason I do them. Additional control is just a really really useful bonus.
It feels like a sort of warm glow, kinda like humming, with a pleasurable trickling sensation occasionally. Not as pinpoint as an Aneros session.
It also feels like a fist clenching around something, feeling each 'finger' grip and release in turn.
If I'm not calm and/or aroused, the feelings don't develop. As one might expect.
@ggringo Had a great kegel routine, where you aim to hold 30% 40% clenches. Can't find it right now though :S

This now happens with me. When I'm not using my aneros I often like to do kegels and see what happens. I do sometimes get a warm heated feeling down bow. Have had so nice Os from this. A couple of super Os in the beginning. However I can't duplicate them. I do wonder though, is a Aless session the same as a aneros session? Meaning between both of them can you over do it ? Can this desensitize your prostate? I do Aless a lot when I'm on my Aneros days off. Usually I do have aneros sessions twice a week. The other days are filled with aless.

Hey @kazama, thanks for mentionning the post I wrote a while ago. The regiment still proves very effective for me. Here's a link to it:

@ggringo Thanks a lot! All my saved links were lost along with all conversations on here.
This routine isn't what I'd do while clothed and in civilized company, it's too pleasurable for that! 😉
Seriously, something about aiming for these, almost abstract, percentages creates a larger sexual focus on the area and causes twitching or a minor tug-o-war (Personally, ymmv).
The more pelvic floor muscles you have individual control over, the better it gets. Though even with little knowledge it still works great.
I'll be trying your routine again soon 🙂
(I still think what you call the cremaster is actually a different muscle. Which muscles are being contracted isn't the point though, right)
.
@buick45571gmail-com Interesting questions.
While there are limits on how much time it is wise to indulge in A-less, I don't think prostate desensitization is one of the reasons not to.
You're not actually touching it after all. The primary focus in A-less doesn't even have to be the prostate (Could be abs or thighs for example.)
If anything, having successful A-less sessions daily can make you overtly aware of your sensitive spots. Meaning over weeks/months that awareness, that potential pleasure, can 'spill out' into your everyday life.
I think your regimen is about perfect.
A balance between determination and realism.
One of my fav lines from the Aneros Wiki is: Ask yourself, “Am I up to this tonight?" or "Am I trying to hard?" In the end, making this simple determination will save you time and frustration.
Good points ! I agree with you that Aless will not cause sensitivity issues and as you say, will in fact help to develop it.
What I'm really wondering is this : when you're getting feelings from the prostate during Aless, are those nerve endings really firing and sending signals, or is your brain creating everything without those signals ? I never really looked into it, in a way Aless could actually be giving your prostate a break even if the feelings are comparable. That would help with sensitivity. What do you think ?
Nice, i should be getting anthor Helix Syn soon, not the helix syn trident, i liked that trident one but for me honestly no matter how much i used it no matter how aroused i was i never got a bit of slight good feelings from it at all, so i put that away a while ago. but it seemed with my first helix syn the same day i got it i fell asleep with it inserted accidently and i woke up to it ramming my prostate, it felt really good! nothing i ever felt before. nothing better then a piece of silcone sitting in your ass, lol. that first helix syn (not trident) got lost around april, hopefully nobody ever found it!
Aless sessions are great! Frequently wake up early in the morning to Aless with waves of pleasure and anal twitches! I just stay relaxed and enjoy as pleasure intensifies and radiates from lower back and down my legs! Have been rewired for over a year now! Don’t be concerned about losing sensitivity!
