So there I was, at 36000 feet, flying over Iceland and Greenland, after sleeping a good six hours before on the 12 hour marathon, hand looking out the window at the sparkling stars when I saw a band of pale gray green light with stars above, below and within. I immediately knew it to be the aurora borealis, which I last say on a similar flight from LA. Anyhow, the excitement generated by my amateur-astronomical good fortune kept me from going back to sleep. So...I decided to put some of Chuckjo's exercises and some A-less tips which I've gathered from others, more experienced than I, A-lessly. (Thanks, iobkh). And I was fortunately in a seat that reclined a bit more than usual. Some slow, slow breathing, not to deep, and trying to make it abdominal and not chest breathing (much easier to do when I'm horizontal ). Then felt some stirrings down there, which pleasantly progressed to full fledged P waves. At that point, I tried to discreetly put my right hand over my navel area (fully closed, of course LOL), under my blanket, and hoping that the guy next to me was engaged in his movie sufficiently not to notice the "tent" from my hand (and only from my hand!!). It was at least 30 min of building, low grade pleasure that was just fantastic. Thinking about it while I sit in the terminal waiting for my connecting flight brings on a smile. I think I'm on my way to A-less bliss on my future flights and, well, whenever. Anyone else have inflight experiences to share?

No but it sounds like you had a sublime flight. I'll have to remember that when I'm on a long flight 🙂

So yesterday (Sunday/Monday 22-23 February) I returned from a cold week in upstate NY. As I wrote above, I had an interesting A-;less session on my way to the States. Coming back, well, read below and in my blog "When I'm 63/64)
Back
in March, 2014, I posted about my attempts to take advantage of regular, if
infrequent long plane trips (10-12 hours) for A-less pleasure. My attempt (see above) was interesting enough
and encouraged me to continue. More
recently, our chat with Chuckjo2000 (see that discussion thread ( https://community.aneros.com/forum/discussion/16517/moving-energies-around#Item_9 )
gave me further encouragement to try it on my recent trip. So I tried this on my recent trip. I won't go into the very pleasant, if
"gory" details here on the discussion thread. I've put the full story, as I wrote it on the
spot on my blog (. It was, in a word,
amazing. I know that many of you have
discussed your A-less successes, which are much more accomplished and advanced
than mine, but still, looking for my 5 minutes of "fame" on this
discussion forum, I wanted to include mine, especially considering the rarified
atmosphere that I was in while it happened.
Come to think of it, with the airplane cabin's air pressure kept at
about 10,000 ft, maybe the lower concentration of oxygen had something to do
with it. Who knows.

Basically,
I was able to have a 30 minute A-less session on the plane, without anyone
noticing, with several major crescendos and definite mini-O's by applying the
techniques I've learned from all you A-less gurus and the energy movements from
Chuckjo2000. Have a look at my blog
entry, Six miles up and "lovin' it". Here's the link: https://community.aneros.com/blogs/when-im-6364/
