i have been using the aneros for the last 2 years with little success. I have not had a Super o yet. I have achieved some pleasurable feelings but nothing that felt like I was cumming from it. The last few times I have used the aneros I have had a different experience. I would be doing my kegals, and out of the blue I would get a very strong pleasurable feeling in my groin and it would feel like electricity shoot up my urethra and out of my penis. When it happens it usually lasts a few seconds but damn it feels good. Wish it would last longer than a second or two. Can anyone tell me what I’m experiencing? It feels incredible but is so brief and then it’s gone. It has happened two or three times in the past few weeks

@aneros_user113188 A breakthrough....not sure. I think even the smallest of changes could be considered some sort of significant progress. I did want to share with you that I too have had your similar feeling but it only happens on a rare occasion. Also, many years ago in the very start of rewiring, I would get what I would call a lightning bolt come out of nowhere in the pelvic area. Only had a few and I don't get them anymore. Sometimes I think our bodies are bringing to life nerve pathways that have never been used or dormant. In doings so, our bodies / brains don't know what to do with the energy or signals yet.

I get that feeling occasionally during a session and even shortly after removing the Aneros following the session...it feels really nice but only lasts a few seconds. The pleasure is centered almost entirely in the penis. I’ve always attributed it to a response to my state of hyper arousal. I think it’s a good step in the rewiring but maybe not a milestone.
