So I've been practicing with some tips given to me by a member here and feeling and learning new ways to use the aneros. Tonight I think i made a large step forward and i was hoping i could get some opinions on if im making good strides. So tonight was different, I read up a lot on arousal being a large part of the process and journey towards the super o. I also learned today aneros + arousal = amazing. Normally I just sit and breath and not really work up arousal and ill feel things here and there, somethings good or sometimes nothing at all. But tonight i used my arousal, so to speak, to feel what i would consider orgasms, without the mess of course. It was waves of pleasure from both my pspot and my genitals. It felt like I was "almost there" like i would be for normal masturbation but couldnt quite get over the "hump", with the added benefit of waves of pleasure running through my pelvic area. I managed to pull this off 4 times before i could no longer reach the arousal level needed to do it again. It came with a sense of relief at the end as if I had a normal orgasm. So am I on the right track here? Is there more to come? I know different orgasms are there, its amazing how many different feelings you can get, but am on track for the Big O?

which is why when members say they dont get erections during sessions i dont fully beleive that. You get aroused, you get hard. If you seperate the two then it might have consequences for your partner, plus i think its an autonomic response. Arousal will lead to getting hard.

There was a great discussion about "Arousal" here (too lazy to find link on phone screen). The "definition" used by the wiki is the broad sense of arrousal (assorted physical and mental indicators).

The discussion clarified that when the wiki speaks about arousal it is not strictly "an erection" - in other words the presence or absence of an errection is not the litmus test for "arousal".

during my Aneros sessions (and Aless moments) I am not usually erect- maybe briefly in a 70 minute session, but most of the time I'm flaccid. However...

- precum will drip
- Perenium will "ache" and twitch
- PC muscles will twitch and flutter
- Anal canal is twitching / tingle
- my body will feel good
- I'm horny and smiling as waves of pleasure come
- I moan at the stronger waves
- Intense clamping occurs during some Os
- my abdominals sometimes "ball up"
- my prostate feels stimulated
- my mind is all over - building and visualizing erotic or fascinating structures
- etc. etc. etc.

In my experience that is darn good "Arousal", way beyond "just an erection".

So @Qwerty1234, I'd say yes it sounds like you are on the right track. Remember the Aneros is not so much a vehicle you take control of to reach a predetermined destination, but instead something you ride on to see where it can take you.

Yes, you are on the right track but your driving wheels aren't getting full traction yet because they're slipping on some greasy myths, please see Super-O Myths & Illusions regarding 'the Edge' and a couple of other myths. Also please read @neros thread The Myth of Super Orgasm.

It is important to remember that prostate based orgasms are qualitatively different from penile based ejaculatory orgasms. From your description of events, it sounds like you experienced your first set of multiple dry-O's so congratulations !

It has been often repeated that '"you'll know a Super-O when you've had it" but I don't necessarily think that is true for every man. If you are expecting something different you may intensely enjoy an Anerosession but not recognize it as a Super-O. For a little more perspective on this please read @Buster 's thread What exactly is a Super-O? and @B Mayfield 's (the man who coined the term Super-O) response in Non-Ejaculatory response vs. Super-O. Good Vibes to You !

I know that dry os and super os dont have ejaculation. What i meant is that i was using the erection to create p waves. After i typed this out i had two more, the last one though was different. I felt a strong build one that made my legs feel numb. I got to excited and lost it but I'm sure if i relaxed it would have been amazing. Prostate orgasms are different and arent felt in the penis, they are felt everywhere, at least for me anyways. Like little pops of tingling and tickling that build and become stronger. What got me this close after a year was realizing i was looking for the wrong thing. The feeling i was expecting would be in my groins or genitalia. After i discovered that was not the case ive made leaps and bounds. Though understanding a super o was helpful amd that info will definitely help me make more strides. The one important rule that took me awhile to grasp is dont look for the end, follow the road and see where it goes.
