I'm interested in reading how others go about stimulating my personal favorite erogenous zone - the Perenium!
I'll start it off with my favs (in no particular order)
#1 - Thong underwear. Yes, female significant others will be incredibly confused. And please honor the "not in the locker-room" rule (lol), but yes, yes, yes - that snug little floss-across the tenders is a nice light reminder ALL DAY LONG. Jockey makes male thongs if your just not into lace.
#2 - sit on a tennis ball.. with it right behind the balls and under the Perenium---- especially when it's "hungry" and aching for attention! Oh man aching just thinking about it.
#3 - crotch rope! Rope folded in half, loop around waist and form a larks head over the belly. Plunge the two ends down, between the legs (one lead on either side of the goods), up the butt crack and tied off to the aforementioned waist loop... I have a special length of rope (1/8th inch thick) with a WELL placed knot that lands RIGHT on the Perenium! This is probably my fav and can induce Aless for me.
#4 Kegles - Oh hell yeah! Nothing gets the "Bump" jumped like an intense pelvic floor workout!
#5 The Magic Touch - just a finger or too pressed into the swollen flesh. 🙂
#6 Audio bombardment - Thumping Bass, drums and heavy synth tones (and some Binaural music) can make mine pulse and quiver with delight.
#7 Hard Chair - grind it into the hard wood or cheap plastic - does not matter! I used to hate hard chairs but now I secretly love them (until my tailbone whimpers at least)

Here are my suggestions:
#5 A The Magic Connection - just one finger gently touching your perineum and one finger hovering nanometers above one of your nipples. 🙂
#8 Muze turned on and postioned in your briefs at your perineum pointing towards your anus. Lay down on your back, relax and do nothing. Only let it happen. :p
#9 Focus on your perineum. Where your mental focus is, your blood will follow. Feel the warmth, feel the tingling, let it go and happen.
#10 Knocking on heaven's door. Only use one finger tip to knock on your perineum, at different rates, with different strength, be patient, do nothing else, only go on and on ... 😮
(When I lately was a bit too tired to continue, I did it mentally. It worked too.)
#11 Sound on! Vocalize! It's so stimulating! Don't be shy, if you can be sure, your neighbours won't call 911, shout out, scream, pant and moan! The base chakra is connected to your lowest voice, that's why #6 is so effective. You will see that you can help your focus (#9) with humming or moaning at a low pitch level.
