Continence

Hey everybody,

I ordered 2 anero's yesterday, the helix and eupho.

Have never tried them, the design is convincing.

I'm sure with a little patience the results will be spectacular.

I currently practice sexual continence. Basically i can bring myself up to orgasm and hold there on the edge without actual ejaculation. Experiencing full orgasm without the draining ejaculation. Its pretty amazing stuff. Took a long time to train for it (much trial and error). Its both mental and physical. However, it always takes some sort of stimulation to bring me to that point. I figure the aneros should be perfect.
