I found this yesterday while browsing on reddit. It was in response to a general question "what do you like most about pegging" this was one woman's response:

@Turnrow The translike experience only happens in pegging and it begins on insertion and it is instant. It doesn't happen at all if I use aneros or even if I use the same toy she does on myself. I have a dear friend who I can discuss this with and says he thinks the reason is like when you try to massage or tickle yourself, it is a completely different experience than if someone else gives you a massage or tickles you.

The second Orgasm in the double orgasm experience feels like a regular but sometimes stronger orgasm, I really doubt it is wet, given that I had already expelled the fluid I had built up, but I would imagine if there were any left it would come out.

I agree about the similarity regarding being tickled by someone vs, not being able to tickle yourself when considering the effects of being pegged. Likewise, using Aneros solo feels qualitatively different from Aneros with a partner. Both modes are great, but there is something extra about your partner's hands and body getting involved.

The problem my gf and I have with any type of anal penetration is the anus acts like a squeege and removes any and all lube from the device. Even after using both internal and topical lube, I very quickly feel like I'm getting rug burns. She isn't going gang busters or anything. I just don't know how people do it. Oil base not necessarily recommended as usual but the Shea Butter coconut mix is an idea as is boy butter.

Sliquid Silk regular (not the organic) is my go to lube. Hybrid 88% water based and 12% silicone. Just enough emollient texture and heft to make it stay where you put it, and the 12% silicone helps the slickness stay, too. As long as you are using quality silicone toys, the Sliquid Silk will NOT harm your toys.

Slippery Stuff Gel is another excellent anal lube - it's very thick, exceptionally slippery, and long-lasting. Plus, it's anal-safe (it doesn't cause gastro-intestinal distress nor does it leach into the bloodstream like most others do.
