How to get to a discussion of pegging with your GF or wife

Most guys have no idea how to begin a discussion that might lead to pegging, or at least a non-embarrassing turn-down. Having been through this successfully, my suggestions are as follows:

Begin by initiating a discussion of what your lady might want for herself along the lines of "kinky" sex or foreplay. Focus on her. She could decline to say and return the question to you. Don't take the bait. Be persistent. If she's still reluctant to discuss what she is thinking, point her to a Cosmo Magazine article about kinky sex and ask her opinion of it.

Once you find out what new sexual activity she wants, do it happily, no matter how weird you think it is.

After at least a few weeks of adding the new thing for her to your sex life, she may ask again about what kinky thing would turn you on. If she doesn't ask, wait. Eventually, she will ask. (Could take months, as it did for me.)

When she does ask what new sexual activities interest you, be frank if you can. If you're shy about telling, point her to the Pegging 101 website and/or Pegging Paradise. Keep the followup discussion lighthearted. After all, turning the tables sexually is kind of funny.

When you get to the point of actually trying a toy or pegging, remember to clean out your rectum really well. The last thing you want is for your first partnered anal experience to go badly.

@braveneworld - First of all, know that the so-called strapless strap-ons are not, in actuality, able to be used without a harness for the vast majority of women, especially for pegging. There is a slightly higher success rate for lesbian strap-on sex but the fact remains that very few women can use them without a harness unless they clamp their legs together the entire time. Personally, that's not my idea of enjoyable pegging. I want to be able to use a strap-on the way a man uses his penis, and put my partner is all kinds of positions. So the strapless thing is a misleading marketing ruse that I have continued to give them grief about. Not fair to their customers. End of rant.

But...moving onto the harness issue.

There are actually a number of harness choices for plus size women, absolutely!Here's a link to some excellent ones. Sportsheets had several plus-sized sex educators give them input for these harnesses and they did a great job. They fit up to a 72" waist. Only disadvantage to these harnesses is that they are not compatible with a double-ended toy like the feeldoe (I prefer the Fuze Tango for a double). So although it's best to start with a flare-based single toy, because the learning curve is steep for women when they first start to do pegging, if you think you might like to eventually have a double, you wouldn't want these models.

Only criticism of these harnesses for plus sized women is that if your lady has larger upper thighs, the straps will accommodate up to 24" and the elastic straps can be a bit uncomfortable for larger upper thighs.

If you want the Cadillac of harnesses for a larger woman that will accommodate a double and you like leather Aslan makes a beautiful harness called the Minx. That link is the red one - it comes in other colors, too. Sophia St. James (porn star) wears one beautifully, so if your lady is shaped like Sophia - this harness would be perfect.

As far as the toy - check with her before you buy because one of you could really want a realistic toy and the other might freak out with realistic. Pays to check first.

One other suggestions for a toy - Blush Novelties Real Nude line is dual density and have a very strong suction cup bottom. The Helio is the same diameter as what you are looking at but half an inch longer.

The bulb (pony end) size on many double dildos can be a real problem. For my wife to get comfortable with the FunFactory Share, I had to carve the bulb down to almost nothing in length and width. Note that as far as I can tell, the only tools that work on silicone are razor-edged types since drills, belt sanders and saws kinda bounce off. Rough cuts can be patched or smoothed over with GE silicone sealant.

What's the Best Equipment?
Okay - I recorded a podcast that talks about all the specifics that need to be taken into consideration before you buy pegging equipment for the first time. So many people have asked me this question, and there is no one answer that works for every couple. Completely depends on so many different preferences, your body types, etc. This podcast does not talk about brands of product, just all the points you need to talk about with your partner before you buy.

Ok guys and gals I had my first 2 sessions with the new dildo. I managed to get all 6.5 inches of the 7 inch dildo in, its so thick at the back it feels great and on the second session had a dry O.
