  @Rob92755, no news about the status of the chat room or when it will come back has been posted by Aneros Support or Aneros tech as of 9/17/2019 @10:53 PM EDT.

  @Rob92755, as of 7:25 a.m. EDT, 9/18/2019, the chat room is not working, but everything else on Aneros.com seems to be working.
