• Blog Introduction

An introduction to myself and any progress I make with the Aneros.

I am new to blogging in general and am still trying to figure out how to use this blog.

I am 67 years old and weigh about 280. I have been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate (BPH). Research on this condition brought me to the concept of prostate massage for prostate health reasons and particularly to the Aneros massagers. Upon learning that prostate massage could also lead to multiple and enhanced orgasms, I became especially interested. wow, what a great side benefit.

i am retired and married with 2 children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. I gotta say that embarking on the Aneros path and all it can bring to me seems a little strange considering my age and station in life.

Some things for you to expect from my blog… I expect to note any and all progress. This includes new things I have tried and failed to produce results. This is progress also.

I don’t expect to create a blog entry on any particular time schedule. If I have made some progress, I’ll create an entry. Otherwise, I will likely remain silent. I don’t think it would be fair to make an entry just to report “nothing changed”. that would be a waste of my time and more importantly a waste of your time.

I received by Helix Trident in early February. I try to do 2 – 3 sessions per week. Up until last week, I felt nothing other than just how nice the HT felt inserted. Contractions did nothing for me except a feeling that it felt good to have it there, so I took to heart what so many others had recommended to just relax, be patient and try to eliminate any expectations. I took to heart @Cockadoodledoo’s “No Penis” admonition to attempt to disassociate anything happening with the Aneros with what I am accustomed to feeling from my Penis. In this, I believe I have had some success.

Because I have struggled with addictive excessive masturbation and use pornography to facilitate that, I now find myself trying to take the 21 day challenge regarding semen retention. I have seen first hand the enhanced arousal his causes from taking only 6 days off from masturbation. I am a big believer in how semen retention helps with arousal and therefore has great potential to help with Aneros usage in general. I am now struggling with ways to implement this short of cutting off my right hand. Unfortunately, today i was weak, so now I am at back at Day 0.

Until Recently, I used an mp3 recording of a thunderstorm to help me relax during sessions. Yes, I find a thunderstorm very relaxing. Wierd!!! I also plan to incorporate recordings of waterfalls and other sounds of nature.

But…. before then, I ordered and received the HypnAerosessions which @Rumel and others so kindly created. I found it relaxing as well as gently guiding me towards greater relaxation. I plan to continue using the 1st session of this recording for the next 10 sessions, or until I feel have internalized its messages and suggestions.

Regarding the HypnAerosessions… The first time I used it, my benefit was a deeper relaxation I had not before experienced, even though I felt I had been relaxed before. On the 2nd session I used it, I felt a very light tingling just inside my anal opening. Not sure what that was about, but hope this was some progress. My last session 0n Mar. 8th this did not occur.

I am trying very hard to practice patience and relax, relax, relax!. I do believe that audio relaxation helps me and for the near term, plan to continue to use it, so long as my environment allows for it.

@washpci Your blog is off to a good start! You write very well! We are the same age! Whether or not you augment your blog posts regularly, I find that, for my blogs, it is important to keep them as close to ‘real-time’ as possible. That way, you can be sure to put all the feelings and nuances into your descriptions. I am looking forward to your next blog!
