Hi, I have had several sessions with pleasurable results, but I still have a long way to go.
In a couple of sessions whilst on my back knees belt feet on the bed, I had my legs muscles spasm, then my knees started to come together and fly apart, then I started getting pelvic spasms. Strangely I did not feel much anal contractions or PC contractions, at least not that I was aware of.
This led to a blissful feeling and I repeated it 5 times.
I am I being distracted with these muscle spasms, should I be concentrating on getting involuntary anal & PC spasms?

Yes, you should be concentrating on the pleasure it can offer. With that being said, you should not be physically uncomfortable in that quest. I have tried many positions but being on my side works best for aneros lift-off. Please experiment, read all the blogs and find a position that offers comfort, not discomfort. We all do it in our own way. Put in the time, stay in the moment while not expecting what will come next, and thus, good things will indeed, come. I never liked new-age music but find the station on my cable tv takes me away. Please keep trying and cummmmmmmmmmm!
