    Hi guys. I have been working with the Progasm and Helix models for about 3 weeks. I am enjoying the experience and I actually find the time relaxing. So far nothing but relaxation no good feelings. What rhythm do you use when doing your keagels? is the temp like you may masturbate or much slower? Also, how hard would you say you squeeze when doing the Keagels? So far, I think I am finding that keeping about a 60% at the top of the squeeze and around 30% at the bottom of the squeeze. I know the process for some can take time, I am willing to put the time. However, and shortcuts are always good.

      I salute you for using the Progasm and Helix models.

      Doing the Kegel Exercises are good when you are not using the Aneros as well in session your Aneros where the Kegels are recommended.

      The Learning Center has a program for the Kegel Exercises out of sessions. For go to Learning Center, then to Men, then to How Prostate Massagers Work, then Kegel Exercises, when this program of Kegel Exercises are outlined. Hope this helps.
