enjoy the journey. it is amazing. glad you had a good first session. it took me some 6 months…to get on track. recently I made my first blog here. with my experience and recommendations… check it out.. maybe it is useful. but most of all enjoy the journey and stay curious.

I hope it goes well. Everyone has such different experiences with this. Mine has been a rollercoaster, but it's changed my life. Writing a blog is therapeutic and it's fascinating to look back at your journey as time goes by.
