Kegels, Reverse Kegels, and Aneros -- Wow!!! 6/2/16

Hi guys,
I am so glad that @rumel, posted in the Archives the older version of Aneros Instructions:

I believe in the fourth part of those instructions that there is a vital connection of the Aneros and the Kegel Exercises. I had known about this vital connection for a long time, but it is only recently that I actively use the Kegels and Reverse Kegels with my Aneros models. There is even more resultant pleasure and sexual excitement as I do all this all the more.
I have written this short blog entry in an Aless without compare!
