I get all ready for a session and insert the aneros helix and it feels like it is like tingly... not sure if thats the right description... after a bit is seems like the helix starts to move on its own and I start to move my anal muscles and after a bit I seem to feel like I need to pee but I just did before inserting the helix. Sometimes as I am trying to move the helix with my anal muscles it seem like they tense up and I can't seem to let them go and I seem to feel like I need to pee again. I'm just not sure how to get my muscles to relax anyone have any ideas.

@mgd2013, sounds like you just need to work more on relaxing. It does take time and patience to learn to relax but eventually you will figure it out. The feeling of needing to pee is a common feeling for some when the aneros is pressing on your prostate, this will probably go away when you relax more.

Well first off congrats on getting a toy. Its a few guys a few steps to actually purchase a anal toy so good for you. Now you said that you make it move with your ass muscles. On your free time look up kegels. Kegels is the contracting and releasing of the anal walls. It will make the hole tighter and very pleasurable.

Now this pee feeling that you are feeling could just be a stream of pre cum that needs flow out. For me pre cum alerts me that I'm on the right tract of stimulation and that cum is building up and ready to shoot. Of your could be moving the toy a bit deeper then expected and its hitting the bladder. A lot of people don't now that the bladder and prostate are really close to each other. So try looking at a few diagrams of the anus and prostate so you can see actually where the toy is going. So far so good though.

Hi @mgd2013,

Welcome to the Aneros Forum!

For many guys, it takes a while for a guy to get to know the Aneros and to develop an Aneros routine. you may want to study closely the Aneros Wiki and Aneros Directions for Use on this site. Both resources are helpful to not only beginners such as you, but even more experienced guys.

If you continue with your Aneros sessions, three or four times a week, you will not only get to know the Aneros but also your body. You will find that the effects and benefits of the Aneros are cumulative.

Relaxation is key to using the Aneros. You will find that the Aneros will become a key to greater knowledge of your body. Soon you will experience profound pleasure from using the Aneros.

As for the Kegel Exercises, you may want to read Kegels for Men which show you how to do the Kegels. The Kegels are good for developing muscle tone in your anal musculature, such as your inner and outer anal sphincters. These muscles will enable you to move the Aneros inside you, along with gentle breathing exercises.

Hope this helps,

Thom./BigGlansDC

I think @mgd2013 is asking is how do you get the Aneros to "AutoF". I wish I knew as I can't get mine to do it.

Ok, now I am going to speak from my own Aneros experience.

The Kegel Exercises are good for strengthening and developing both the inner and outer anal sphincters, but also the PC muscle.

But there comes a time when a guy begins to experience sweet pleasure from the Aneros.

Now you have the chief ingredients for the Aneros autof**k: (1) Muscle tone and strength in both anal sphincters and the PC muscle, and (2) the pleasure from the Aneros in you.

All these muscles begin to work automatically in moving the Aneros in an in and out motion: That is the Aneros autof**k action. The strokes are long and deep. The strokes produce such sweetness when they are so subtle.

But soon after, all these muscles develop what @braveneworld calls, "anal muscle memory."

Now when I insert an Aneros tool, sweet "anal muscle memory" kicks in with such sweet pleasure and I am off and running with the Aneros autof**k! Now all this is second nature for me. Now I am rarely disappointed with Aneros!

@mgd2013, you may want to read what some guys have described about the Aneros autof**k in this thread:

Take care,

Thom./BigGlansDC

One other thing: Relax and have fun with the Aneros. Be open to what the Aneros offers you. You will be surprised. Every session, you will find, will be different and has something to teach you.

My aneros does not move even during my best sessions. Is it a requirement that it needs to move? i don't think so, not personally.

No problem, @inhope. Every guy is different. Every guy has different Aneros experiences and journeys. Just enjoy the Aneros for what it is. But I have an idea for you: "Commune" with your Aneros and see what it does for you. You might be surprised. 😉

BTW, what model(s) of the Aneros do you have?
