Been on this journey for three months now. Once in a while I'll get some four or five second waves of pleasure that are centered directly on the prostate. I'd estimate these waves pack two or three times the intensity of a traditional orgasm. I don't think my body could handle it if I had multiple waves hit me one after the other. They fade in, peak and then fade out. All in less than five seconds. Are these p waves? They don't happen very often, maybe twice a month.
