I have been having weird sensations in my penis outside of Aneros sessions. It only seems to happen once in a while. It usually happens when I will be sitting down and suddenly feel a tinge and tingling in the penis area and it will feel like I'm gonna leak semen out of my dick but nothing ever comes out. It feels mildly pleasurable but never seems to go anywhere. Is this the start of an anerosless session???

Mate, there are as many different sensations during rewiring as there are members on this forum. As long as you keep experiencing new (pleasurable) ones you are going in the right direction.

This is not unusual, I have them often. It doesn't necessarily lead to anything in my experience. It's just an interesting tingle.
