Hi friends
If you're like me, when you are huddled under a warm blanket and shivering through a p-wave, you are using visualisations of your prostate glowing and showering energy.
I have found these short anatomical video clips on line which may assist you in forming your own mental pictures, perhaps a little more "artistic" in your head.

This reminded me of the 3D google body visualizer, which is now available here:
http://zygotebody.com/
Note you can change the gender AND do searches for body parts. Clicking on a part will also let you isolate/identify/pin it. This is a wayyy more useful reference for positioning of internal organs then 2D diagrams.
EDIT: And another tidbit I just found, to hide layers independently, look for the two buttons at the bottom which look like (-) and (:) just click the (:) to get a slider for each layer.

I will say, I do like looking at the butt muscles of the guy on my video clips... 😉
