Ok i am very new to this and have been using the helix model for about 2.5 months on and off. Now i can get comfortable and be relaxed while having it in but i have noticed that usually not far into getting into the relaxed state that i have twitching and some involuntary contractions not too far into session which makes it hard to get to relaxed state. When i do finally start to feel some tingling it does build (i dont do purposeful contractions or anything) i do get the urge to pee and it builds and builds until i actually do urinate on myself. I do use the restroom and all the prep work before i start sessions. I dont have any precum just seem to uncontrollably pee on myself. this usually happens throughout the session.

There have been a couple sessions where actually pleasurable involuntary contractions are pleasurable but they tend to go away even though i dont try to force them. I guess i am just at a loss at what to do.

I would not worry about this Manticore. I have had my Helix for 2 years and in the begining of using it, I did also experience one time peeing on myself. I did feel a little embarrassed like I was doing something wrong. I was on my back and at first I thought it was a load of precum, but the taste of it wasnt. I believe this is the start of your body's learning your own prostate responses and the muscle that controls your pee vs ejactulation. This is exactly one of the muscles you need to train and make stronger. When your at work or home, when peeing, in mid stream try stopping your pee and hold it. Once you recognize this muscle, you will start to have control and not pee during your sessions.

Your twitching and some involuntary contractions are also the normal responses. Keep at it and practice contracting and hold, you will get it.

Hope this helps somewhat

I am glad I had a heavy towel under me in the bed when I pee'd on myself during one of my early sessions.

I have some medical issues such as 60% kidney function that give me some problems in the urination area. I seem to 'dribble' during the day (I am 63 years old) and have discovered that by using Always liner pads I avoid ending up with damp underwear.

Odd thing is that when I have mentioned the Always pads to a few folks I have found several, both men and women, who wear them daily. They are relatively inexpensive at Wal Mart.

I do find that I do need to urinate during an Aneros session so I get up (leaving the Aneros in place and gently holding with one hand to prevent it from coming out) and go urinate. Seems to be easier to urinate standing up than sitting down with the Aneros in place. I can then go back to bed and continue where I left off.

If you really feel the urge to urinate (you can tell if you put a little pressure on your bladder with your hand) then by all means go and take care of that so you won't be distracted. It also saves making a mess.

With a little experience (and I have only a couple of months experience) you will learn to tell the difference between the 'urge' to urinate that you sometimes get and the real need to urinate. The 'false' urge to urinate is actually a rather erotic feeling and passes in a few seconds.
