I have a question regarding using the aneros everyday while showering.

I'd like to use the aneros everyday when I take a shower, to simulate and exercise my prostate everyday.

I'd like to know if it's safe to use everyday, in a standing position for about 20 minutes in the shower?

I'm wondering if I'm using the the aneros in standing position might hurt or damage my prostate, instead of using it lying down...

I'm using my helix and eupho 5,6 times a week of sessions of aprox. 2 hours.
For me using it more is helping me progressing to the ultimate,it's like every session is a little more intense.
Now in a few minutes time my prostate is throbing and i have a great feeling in my penis.
Also i'm getting the feeling like the aneros is being pulled in and getting some respons in my perinium area.
All this with no discomfort afterwards, but thats my experience, maybe it's to much for another person.
I did not have prior experience into anal play before the aneros.

I would just be very slow and careful with insertion and removal if you are using that frequently.

Eraserhead,

I often use the aneros in the shower though not quite as often as that, maybe 3-4 times a week when I don't have the time for a full blown session. I've been doing this of and on for a couple of years with no ill effects that i can discern. Though these sessions are rather enjoyable and therapeutic i view them as an entirely separate thing from a "real session" where I can take time and relax and fully focus on it. However I do think that doing this helps tune the body into prostate pleasure in general.

Cheers,

Stone
