Unavoidable Ejaculation?

So I've reached about halfway down the milestone list I think. I began with voluntary contractions and realized that brought me to amazing orgasms with ejaculation. Then after reading more on here, I have been doing nothing but breathing and letting everything happen on its own. Unfortunately I still get driven to orgasm with ejaculation... It feels amazing but isn't particilarly "super" and it kinda just dribbles out. I'm also almost always hard during my sessions even though I do no stimulation or voluntary work... Just breathing. It seems all the waves and awesome feelings just keep me perpetually hard. This brings me at odds to those that speak to being flaccid for their sessions and even their super o's. The breathing brings involuntaries and then boom it happens. I'm wondering if this going to keep me from getting to the next level and eventually the super O. Is this a normal step or phase? Any recommendation on stopping this from happening?

I haven't experienced exactly what you have described and have not had a super orgasm yet either so Didn't know if I would be the best one to answer your questions but I'll answer what I do know about from experience and tell you when I'm guessing. First congratulations on making it halfway down the milestone list. You must be doing something right!

As you say, voluntary anal contractions also drive me to ejaculation along with cremaster contraction. So I don't do that when riding. It's fun otherwise though. 🙂

Are you saying that your relaxed belly breathing is making you have erections and involuntary anal contractions which lead to ejaculation? If so, I find that's so for me too except for the ejaculation. I think most men here describe on and off erections while riding. My erections have actually tapered off the more I've ridden. My guess is that my attention is on internal sensations now rather than on penis sensations and the associated ejaculation. In my experience the sensations follow my attention. Fixing attention on an erection may trigger ejaculation so try not to do that.

So don't worry that you're doing anything wrong. On the contrary you're right on track IMO. Try keeping your attention on sensations in your body OTHER than in your penis. Let us know what works for you. Follow up is important for all of us learning.

Hey thanks a lot! Great insight.To answer the question, yes slow and deep belly breathing eventually leads to involuntaries and then wet orgasm.

I think you're absolutely right. I definitely focus more on the penile sensations than I should.

I will try and stop doing so and maybe even try stopping completely once I feel that penile orgasm building and refocus on the body sensations. Well see how it goes.

Good news, it is possible to go from wet to dry orgasms!

Some background before i go on. I started out achieving multiple orgasms using mantak chias big lock method. During that period I did LOTS of PC clenches and my PC muscle was quite strong. I achieved some success with his method but the method took some joy out the actual sex. I could at the end achieve handsfree orgasms just from PC clenches. During this period I also came into contact with the Aneros product line and bought a Helix Syn.

With the Helix I would get automactic muscle contractions, some p-waves until I finally started shaking and my stomach start clenching as well. Then I came in a wet orgasm. Sometimes this happened, sometimes nothing.

I read here about other people having the same issue and lots of frustration. I found no real sunshine story so I gave up for a while.

With my strong PC-muscle sex was sometimes a short affair which was an issue for me. I figured that if the strong PC-muscle was the driver for quick ejaculation relaxing it would do the opposite. Then spent some time to better sense what was what down there and how to squeeze anything at sudden penile stimulation. This time I ended up being able to achieve dry orgasms during penile stimulation.

Then I decided to try the Aneros again and apply the same technique. This time I had quite a different result and after a few times my first super-O happened. The key for me was to relax the front part of the prostate while the back part can be squeezed.

This, I think, is the difference between people achieving dry orgasms after the rewiering, that the automatic muscle contractions generated by the Aneros does not trigger the muscles at the front of the prostate. And the people that is getting wet orgasms has the front muscles as a part of their automatic muscle contraction.

I realize it can be hard to separate what is what in the beginning but it can be done. There is no curse, no magic involved but some focused training. Right now in a session I make sure relax the front part of the muscles and leave the rest to do whatever my body wants.
