hey,

I was wondering if a lot of you actually finish off with a traditional orgasm after a session. I think that maybe it would help with the rewiring process if you refrain from ejaculating, but i'm also worried about the side effects because i usually ejaculate quite a lot and i'm worried that it might have averse effects on my health refraining from that... so any experience? i thought about doing a poll but I don't know how.

thx

I don't think there's anything wrong with finishing off with a traditional JO. This may be contrary to some of the others' opinions here. Sometimes I do ejaculate and sometimes I don't. But how you finish will determine how you feel afterwards. If you don't JO, then you'll still feel kinda friskie and ready for more. If you do, well, that has it's own feeling of satisfaction. My suggestion is wait until you're about done with your session before doing the JO thing, because once you've done it, you're finished for the time being.

I agree with gm, stay frisky for next time, enjoy a chairgasm or two as well during the day.
I almost never have a traditional JO after a session.
It keeps me wanting more, also keeps me frisky for the wife too!
I have had one super-T which was hot early on, but it was a bit tight with a progasm.
I've been doing this for less than 2 months, so that's a little newbie's advice.

Hello,

I believe it is each their own....I love having multiple orgasms, then treating myself to the traditional masturbation. After all the joy and good feelings I love cumming too!!!! I have experienced with holding off, but prefer releasing....Just my opinion....Some will agree with me, some won't. Enjoy the session either way.....n

I guess we missed the point of your question! There have been studies that clearly indicate that frequent ejaculations, especially when you're younger, reduce the risk of prostate cancer when you're older. Sounds like a good enough reason for me to JO as often as you want.

I agree that one's age is a key consideration. There is a reason that the French refer to a traditional ejaculatory orgasm as Le Petite Morte (plantation, please forgive my fractured French, eh); The Little Death.

We males expend a good deal of energy producing sperm cells in galactic quantities and nurturing them until we send them off into the world somewhere. Sperm, our single cell swimmers of genetic hope, are one of the few cells that do not have their own energy producing organelles, or more accurately co-symbionts, our mitochondria.

No mitochondria means that to keep them alive and energized, we have to manufacture a high energy feeding fluid in which they can live and be in top form for their great swim upstream through a cervix, uterus and fallopian tube to their goal the egg!, should they ever be so lucky. Making sperm cells by the billions and all this hyper-rich energy drink for them is biologically costly for each of us.

If we don't send it off into the world, it is broken down and recycled within our own energy ecology. However some of those by-products can be or become toxic and cause trouble later in those manufacturing tissues, particularly the prostate tissues. These new findings in science research that you referred to gm501 are quite important if they stand up to further confirmation research.

Again age is the key. For young males, frequent ejaculation seems to be the right strategy. One study I have seen also notes a 20% improved resistance to prostate cancer for those who began prostate massage as young men! Makes me feel even better about having been at it since I was about 13-14, almost 50 years ago. 😀 Perhaps soon, school health and public health programs will give each 14 year old male an Aneros and say: "Get to it lad! It's for the good of your health!":lol:

Tao and Tantra emphasize the importance of male retention of semen and its transmutation into internal orgasmic energies. The formula for my age would suggest one ejaculation per month... Not enough for mrs. a and I!... although we are getting well to the peaks of energetic bliss now without either of us feeling the need that I ejaculate.

Age and stage....

great orgasmic lifts all
