Tissue fold under front tab really augmented my aneros session today (and yesterday!)

Whoh, big improvement to my SGX session. Took a sheet of tissue, folded twice, stuck under front tab and it really buzzed. Why? Extra pressure on prostate? Ooey. Have others had a similar experience. It's not my own idea. I've read about it before. But have come to realize it sure works for me.

Even with lots of tissue it still really hurts, not sure what you're using exactly?

Long ago I picked up on the medicine dropper bulb as a pad for the Helix classic and the SGX. This tilts the body of the massager into firmer contact with the prostate and offers some 'springy' cushioning between the p-tab and the perineal sweet-spot. As the years have have moved onward and my perineum is better muscled from regular kegels and plug exercise. I make less use of bulbs and pads.

It's easy to take a heavy piece of tissue, fold it into a multi-layered pad about 3 cm or 4 cm square and, after you've inserted the massager, slip the pad between the p-tab and your sweet spot. One of the Forum's Canadian members mentioned using plastic wrapping foam to craft this pad. iirc he's using it with an MGX.

I do a similar thing with my devices. I use a rubber tube which I slip over the P tab. This can then be adjusted to apply more or less pressure by sliding the rubber down or up. I get the rubber tube from pall point pens. Here in the UK some pens have a rubber finger grip near the pen tip. Just the right size.

I was using SGX. For me SGX always delivers the most consistent buzz, but it really takes off with tissue fold, I found.

When you say you always hurt there, maybe you're extra sensitive there. For me it never hurts. Don't know.

I tried the tissue today with my helix syn. Wow, your right, it made a huge difference. I've read that the syn p tabs are really flexible and don't apply as much pressure as the classics. Does anyone have experience with this they could share with me?

If have read with interest placing a tissue under the P tab. This got me the idea to place two (or 3) rubber finger tips on the P tab.
I do not know why I did this not before. The results are immediate and very effective.
