Had some alone time this evening so in went the Helix. This time I used my muscles to slide the Helix in and out (no penile stimulation). I would "bear down" until the Helix felt like it was going to pop out, then I pulled it back in. When it rubbed against the prostate coming back in, it felt like I was scratching an itch. The sensations never built into P-waves but they felt really nice. My most successful tactic was to stand up, bracing myself against the doorway and breathing deeply to match the in-and-out action.
Does this scratch the itch sensation mean that I'm on the right path? Presently, I have been using the Helix about once a week. Should I be having multiple sessions a week to accelerate the learning?
