I'm in the middle of a session with my EST and things are progressing nicely.
A warm glow is radiating from deep within my groin, I instinctively reach down to touch my skin but the glowing sensation grows as my hand hovers above, i move my hand towards my chest and the sensation follows. I then discover I can grab handfuls of the 'sensation' and move it around. It"s important to stress at no time was I touching my body.
The greatest feeling was taking handfuls of 'the glow' and massaging it around my head, this pushed me over the edge to a Super-O. As I said before at no time did I actually touch my head.
I'm assuming this weird (but pleasurable) phenomena is caused by heightened levels of activity in the brain or by a release of endorphins? Either way it was weirdly nice and I hope it happens again.
Has anyone else experienced this?

I am not sure my mind will ever grasp all of the ways this practice can be manipulated. I'm not sure I even know what is real anymore!

This sounds similar to tantric energy orgasm massage, where trained experts can externally control to flow of tantric energy in the recipient's body without any sexual touching to induce continual orgasms (like what many of us are experiencing through the prostate). Worth Googling a video. Was hard to believe this was possible, but I didn't know about Super-Os, P-waves, etc until recently, so who knows??

Yup, what @lr377 said. Worth reading a book or two on the subject, Urban Tantra by Barbara Carellas and The Multi-orgasmic Man by Mantak Chia come to mind. Haven't got that good control over the energy so far so I'm jealous!

@faith-manages Thanks for the recommendations, I'll have a look for them.
It's only something I stumbled upon by pure chance, it kind of freaked me out a bit, but then by using Aneros's weird and wonderful things do happen!
